Part 7: Girls' Night Out: Comparison and Discovery <By the way, I had a little trouble writing out parts for Drucilla. Needless to say, I've never experienced insanity and hopefully won't. If you have any pointers on how I should get more Drucilla insight, e-mail me.>

"Dru? You here?" Buffy called out when she got to the mansion.

"She's in here Buff," came Angel's reply.

Buffy walked into the next room to find Dru playing with her doll. When Buffy walked in Dru raised her head and turned to look at. "Would you like to have some tea with me and Miss Edith?"

Buffy stifled a laugh. "Not now Dru. Would you like to go shopping for some new clothes? It'd be a Girls' Night Out."

Angel groaned while Dru replied, "I do need some new dresses. Miss Edith says that she'd like some new dresses too. But she's been bad. She doesn't get to come with us."

Maybe I should tell Spike about this. Everybody knows what happens on Girls' Night Out. The time when women get together and trash their men. And on top of it they want to go shopping! At least *Miss Edith* isn't going. I'd like to see Buff talk Dru out of bringing her.* Angelus thought to himself.

Buffy and Dru looked at Angel expectantly. Cursing softly, he got his wallet and pulled out his Visa. He knew that he'd regret this dearly.

Buffy and Dru stepped into the mall. The bright florocent lights bothered Dru a little, reminding her of sunlight. Buffy turned and grinned briefly at her. They had 3 hours worth of shopping and girl talk. This all started when Buffy pulled Drucilla into the closest store, which happened to be a shoe store. After getting a clerk to bring them some shoes to try on, Buffy and Drucilla started talking. "They are so many shoes here! I wonder what daddy would think if I got them all," Drucilla said dreamily.

Buffy looked at her with shock all over her face. "Dru! You can't just buy any *shoes*. You have to have the right size, style, fit, and comfort. You have to get the coolest shoes. And let's not forget clothes too. This is what seperates you from the losers. You also need shoes that go well with your complexion," admonished Buffy.

After purchasing 15 pairs of shoes, the two vampires proceeded to major their shopping experiences and swept through 30 more stores. Midnight found the women trying to carry all their bags to the Caddie which they had borrowed from Angel. After managing to stuffy the bags in the trunk and back seat, they went for a quick meal and later went on to the cemetary. "So Dru, time to compare," Buffy said cheerfully.

"Compare what?" Drucilla asked, confused.

"Spike and Angel. Who do you think is hotter, Spike or Angel? Even though Spike is hot, I'd have to say Angel's hotter."

"My Angel is quite handsome. But Spike's a Prince. Miss Edith says so. But my daddy knows how to please me. He's very good at it."

Buffy nodded, agreeing. "He is very good at that, but Spike's excellent. He's so unpredictable. That's why I love him."

"I'm a princess," announced Drucilla unexpedetly.

"What?" Buffy asked, her mind swiftly catching up with the change of subject.

Drucilla whimpered softly before continuing, "My daddy was a bad daddy for a long time. He killed my family. We all used to have breakfast and then he came and took that away."

"God Dru, get over it. It was over a century ago. It's over and done with. Their corpes are 6 feet under the ground plus they have already decayed."

"Decayed?"

"You know, rotten, smelly, filthy, and really gross."

Dru's expression turned to one of semi-understanding and then she whipped her hands up to her head. She started moaning. Buffy looked at her worriedly. "Dru, what's wrong?"

"The mean girl is going to suggest that they take away my daddy."

Buffy looked at her, annoyance now in her expression. "Drucilla, which girl?"

"The one with the pretty black hair."

"Cordelia!" Buffy stood up with amusement in her eyes. "That airhead is actually going to suggest a good idea? Well this just means we get to stop her. Come on Dru, let's go find us a Cordelia."

In exactly 10min. they had reached the library. It seemed that they were meeting here more often. In the library they went. "Hi guys! Miss me?" Buffy asked as she entered.

"WE'd say yes but we all know that'd be a white lie," replied Megan.

Buffy glared at her. "Look here little slayer, I'm still quite pissed about what you did earlier this evening so NOW is not a good time to start messing with me. See, what happened is that our lovely friend here (Buffy gestured to Dru) found out about your lovely little plan. And let me tell you something: even if you did manage to do it again it wouldn't work. See, soul boy loves me more than life itself. After all, he did go to hell for me. It'd be pointless since he couldn't kill me."

"Is that it? No lovely threat for us?" Megan remarked sarcastically.

Buffy grinned at her. Almost immeadietly, Megan wished she had not said that. Now she and the others were waiting for Buffy's lovely new level.
