Explanation of the conversion: I wrote up the Slayer powers as a package. The two sets of stats represent her with and without her powers. In Champions terms Kendra is a martial artist with slightly enhanced strength and speed. The Damage Reduction is based on her ability to roll with punches as to not take full damage, she doesn't get it if she is taken by surprise. The combat levels that kick in only the second time she fights someone are based on her ability to learn from a foe. When she faces a powerful foe a second time they don't seem to give her as much of a problem.
History: Little is known about Kendra other then that she was spotted as a potential Slayer as a baby and was given to her watcher to be trained for the day she would be called. Kendra was the Slayer called after Buffy Anne Summers was killed in a fight with the Master. In an unusual twist Buffy was then saved with C.P.R. by Alexander Lavelle Harris and there were two Slayers in the world at the same time. When Kendra's watcher learned of a great evil that was going to rise in Sunnydale, California, he sent her to destroy it.
Kendra arrived about the same time as three assassins who were hired to kill Buffy. When Kendra spotted Buffy kissing Angel in vampire face, she nearly killed Angel, then assumed Buffy was a vampire and attacked her. Buffy thought Kendra was one of the assassins (What's My Line Part 1 2.09).
The two girls eventually discovered they were both Vampire Slayers and called a truce while they contacted their watchers. After things were straightened out Kendra took orders from Buffy's watcher Rupert Giles. The evil Kendra's watcher warned them of ended up being the return of the vampire Drusilla to health through a ritual the vampire Spike conducted using Drusilla's sire Angel. Kendra and Buffy teamed up to stop Spike, but were only partly successful, saving Angel and cutting the ritual short, while injuring Spike. Kendra left Sunnydale on good terms with her sister Slayer (What's My Line Part 2 2.10).

Kendra returned to Sunnydale when signs pointed to the rise of the demon Acathla. She brought a sword that could be used to slay the demon and warned Buffy, but Kendra was killed by Drusilla in an attack on the library Rupert used as his base of operations. Buffy used the sword to stop Acathla (Becoming Part 1 2.21 & Becoming Part 2 2.22).
The death of Kendra lead to the calling of the Slayer known as Faith.
In the summer of 2002, after Buffy escaped from captivity by the Scourge, she entered into deep meditation and was met by the spirits of a great number of Slayers from the past, including Kendra (Buffy The Vampire Slayer #49).
Powers: Kendra is the Slayer, and had the usual powers of one. She had enhanced strength, toughness and speed and a natural fighting ability augmented by her years of training in combat. She required half the amount of sleep as a normal human.
