Example: In Bad Girls, when Faith stakes Alan there's no blood on the bin behind him. He also doesn't utter a sound. In Consequences, when the cops visit the scene, there's a streak of blood on the bin, like he slid down it, and they talk about a woman hearing screams. As a good writer, Marti Noxon should have paid attention to continuity...such HUGE mistakes are really very amateurish. Also, I never ever understood why Giles never told Faith what he told Buffy: that such things, like staking an innocent, just happen with Slayers from time to time. Yes it's bad, but it has happened before, and Giles knows it's an accident. If he would have told Faith that, I bet she'd have been way less on edge, because she'd know that Giles knew too it was an accident, and not a murder.
