I am trying to getting relevant backlinks to one of my site doing link exchange.

So what i am trying to do is, my keyword is "cat clocks and watches" so if i get back links from clocks and watche sites is this relevant, because i am selling only "cat clocks and watches".

please tell me relevant or not relevant.
