Hey,
I have this idea about a fanfiction I'd like to write. I just don't really know how to start or anything and I wanted to know if any of you even think it would be a good idea.
I want to write a fic about Buffy going back in time following Faith's past. What season the story will start from I don't know yet and I also don't know what will make her travel time. She will be in her grown-up body and she will play a new part in Faith's life. I don't know yet how the story should evolve..
So, what do you guys think? Please tell me! And also tell me if this story has been written already. I'd like to read it if it has been.

Sounds like a fairly original idea, so I doubt it's been done in exactly the format you imagine. As for it being a good or bad idea, obviously that depends on your own abillity to write the story and make the characters and situations believable. I say go for it.

As Mike says.. it all depends on the way you write it and your ability.

It is original, i personally havent read anything like that.. I have read plenty of fics that touch on flash-backs to Faith's life but not actually as she was growing up...

So it would be interesting to see how and where you take it.. Whole new universe after you've finished!

My point is, if Buffy can do things in Faith's past, Faith's past will change. That is exactly what shouldn't happen, because Buffy is in Faith's past to see what it was like.

I've always wanted to read a fic where Buffy sees what Faith's past is like. I'd like to think she'd change her attitude toward Faith if she did. I doubt it - but it'd be nice.
