Freddie Prinze
("Chico & the Man")

(6755 Hollywood Blvd - near Highland)
From an early age, Freddie Prinze displayed a talent for
performance and one of his formative influences was his father
Karl, a talented musician who also reportedly possessed a fine
sense of humor. By the age of four, Prinze was memorizing his
jokes.
Prinze gained entrance into New York's Fiorello La Guardia
High School of the Performing Arts with the intention of
becoming an actor or, unbelievably, a ballet dancer. Instead,
comedy emerged as his true talent. It was in the clubs of New
York that he honed his act. He eventually went on to perform
on "The Tonight Show."
Soon after, Prinze's managers met with James Komack to
discuss a pilot episode of a show called "Chico and The Man"
and a potential role for Prinze. He eventually got the role and
signed a deal with NBC to do the series "Chico and the Man"
with veteran Oscar winning actor Jack Albertson. On the show,
Prinze made famous the terms "Eees not my job"
and "Loooking Goood."
The question arose whether Sarah will support her husband by appearing together with him on that particular event ?
