… and all through through the house, not a creature was stirring, except, well, me. I can hardly sit still in anticipation of the big guy’s arrival. Just in case my 2005 wish list got lost in the mail, I’m posting it again here. Let’s hope Santa reads his favorite blogs before leaving the North Pole.
1. A pair of Rose Bowl tickets.
2. A promise (in writing) that Ryan Murphy will never again be allowed to write and direct an episode of Nip/Tuck.
3. 2006 Emmy nominations for the criminally ignored Lauren Graham, Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Kristen Bell, Mary McDonnell, Edward James Olmos, Matthew Fox and Katherine Heigl.
4. Increased power and fame.
5. Oscar wins for Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams, whose haunting performances in Brokeback Mountain left me speechless.
6. A Spike movie on the WB.
7. A six-figure endorsement deal with Snapple.
8. A cameo in the upcoming Smurf feature film.
9. Increased power and fame.
10. Santa Barbara on SoapNet.
