This episode (5.12) is no. 100 "There's Only One Sydney Bristow", it airs April 26th 2006.
The actress is Gina Torres. She returns as Anna Espinosa and will reappear in 5.14 "I See Dead People" as well.
The "Alias"-producers want to create a hell of a series finale, don't they? They seem to bring back all the important characters to end a great series.
