I NEVER get tired of schmoopy reunion fics. This was wonderful - loved the angsty misunderstanings and the resolution and everything in between. You do it all so well. I could read thousands more and somehow never tire of them. Thanks

I've already read this somewhere else, but I enjoyed it so much the second time I decided to review in case I'd forgotten the first
time around.
So spot on with their characters, that I could see it play out exactly that way in my mind. Brilliant!

Awesome fic, I thought Buffy's reaction to Spike's news was particularly well written. And hey, there's nothign wrong with schmoopy end as long as it concludes a good story :)

LOVED it! Great! Soul, schmoul...who cares, who needs one? Spikey goodness has shown us it's about as necessary as keeping our appendix! Loved his 'do change--- tho I guess I expected his next change to be to dark brown, like James. Also, too bad itsa 1-shot... would be fun to look in on their lives some, as they missed so much time together... would love to see this latest Dear John letter, as somehow I doubt (especially an unchipped) Spike could resist getting hold of said letter & adding some colorful postscripts/addendums to it, then mailing it out, if not hand-delivering it himself so he could see the poor schmucks face...Would also like to see some of the required kissing up, among other places, & grovelling! BTW, for a minute there, I thought you'd written him to come back human, or less/different than vamp, til "patented vampy tinglies" let her realize a vamp was near, & hopefully to still both realize it's an OLD vamp & one of HER vamps-- these being skills so many writers seem to let THE Slayer lose, especially in future-fics.
