It was too late to read with the font the site has now so I've cheated and read at Elysian Fields, better for my eyes but I'll comment here. I'm glad that you - like many authors - posts on both sites /*end ramble*
Way to go, Buffy :) Spike has no chance to beat that record. ;))
Wow, didn't expect Buffy to dust Drusilla.
*Phew* Good that Angelus loves to talk so much, otherwise Buffy would have been dead until Spike came. In a way Angelus is responsible for his own death :)
Though it seems they have to do a bit of talking.

God, they're so adorable. Love bastard!Angelus's appearance, and the playful competition. Especially "It's fucking on, Slayer!" So great, I can really see them interacting that way. More, more, oh so many unanswered questions!

Let’s find out what the great git is doin’ here before we start with the fists, yeah?” She huffed and folded her arms. “But you’re sexy as hell when you’re jealous,” he thought it important to mention. His good humor faltered however, as his sire looked at him with sad eyes. She knew. He turned away from her, hoping that she’d keep her mouth shut. Luckily, Buffy’s inability to handle awkward silences saved him for the time being.
Hmmm this makes me question spike about his feelings?........................ But I guess I'll have to wait and see!..............OOOOOOOO C'MON! I'M GONNA LOSE IT HERE!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On cue, a mass of vampires filed into the room from all sides and surrounded the two blonds in the large clearing of the cave.
Buffy stood with her back to Spike and said over her shoulder, “What was that score again?”
He smiled and raised his axe. “3 and 0 so far. Oh wait, there were two in the cave, so…5 and 0.”
“Right,” she raised a stake, “time to catch up and show you how it’s done.”
“Oh, it’s fucking on, Slayer!”
They both grinned, backs pressed against one another, bodies buzzing with anticipation, weapons raised, and waited for the vampires to advance.
And this is why I prefer Spuffy! Two Equals, as well as passionate in everything they do or who for that matter! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! But I absolutely love you for the way you create their funny banters!!! HEE HEE!!!!! Great job sweetie and seriously cannot wait for more!!!!!!!!!!!! *hugs and smooches* Byee!

WHeeeeeee! *is happy* Definitely didn't see that coming, though it does explain the quiet times in Sunnydale. You do an awesome job with the Spuffy banter. I was laughing at all the quippage and Spike setting Buffy up for some dark cave loving, and then, out of left field you spring Angelus on me. Nice job ramping up the action, and I loved Angelus' in voice “You two are too cute! Look at your little back packs!” Hee! He's such a jokester.
So now they get to defeat the meddlesome exes and get the stone of Tir'Suk and be on their merry way, right?
Wherever you plan to take them, I'm sure it will be entertaining.

The appearance of Angelus & Drusilla was an unexpected & very interesting twist. Although I'm not really an Angelus fan, I enjoyed it. Probably 'cause I'm thinking that he's gonna end up dust before it's all said & done.

Spike and Buffy are so sexy and in love it's making me positively giddy. I really love how playful and happy they are. Giles' words of warning are falling on deaf ears. I certainly hope the claim keeps it that way.
Spike musing about how to drop the word to Angel about his new squeeze was hilarious, and the slayer blood making Spike all speedy was also funny. His "stupid vampire stamina" remark gave me a grin, too. Spike's mental comment about the matching latex suits was nicely followed up with the mental image of them rappelling side by side.
Thanks for more of this delightful story.

One thing i like about how you portray Buffy in your fics is that you always have her stand up for Spike, hate fics where they get home and she avoids telling everybody their together, like S[pike I can't wait for the bloody forehead to find out, tee hee, tha's always good. update gain soon.
