Very nice, although I'd like to have found out what happened to the Scoobies families...
Author's Response: well i did have another story..sort of spinoff to this one...it follows the scoobies, giles, dawn, and spike in the time buffy is dead for 80 years...its not finished...and it wouldn't be that spuffyish---since buffy's dead. But it would have had Spike dealing with grief and growing as a character into someone good.

Oh Eli found another (the hard way) to break the spell. I'm glad that not only the three (Buffy, Spike and Eli) are okay, Buffy saved the humans too. ~ Awe, loved the end. This way with Spike at her side I like her smiling face at the last glimpse we get from her.

Awe, indeed help is on the way. The PTBs are talking to Buffy to convince her to fight on (I guess that means she has to fight on her own for now).
