pj! I remember wishing one of your stories would be finished seriously about a decade ago. Amazing. I just tried an old password I used to use and amazingly got in too. Memories!

It's been years since this story was published, but I just found it, I hope you don't mind a late review.
This is one of the most beautiful and heart wrenching goodbyes I've read. I love seeing Lorne be apart of something so touching. I think that he would have loved being given this task so much more than the job he agreed to do for Angel that he only did out of a sense of loyalty.

Another sweet story. Of course he would find a way to get a message to her. Would imagine that he will still find a way to get back to her. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Thanks! I needed some kind of closure, and couldn't imagine Spike letting the chance to get some kind of message through. And I wanted to give Lorne a little healing, too.

Very sad!

Author's Response: Thanks - sorrow and death are often prevalent in my Spuffy, although I'm working on giving them happiness in the end

Damn it , you made me cry ! i'm sitting here sobbing . The song made me think of my hero, my late mom , this was also one of her fave songs. The fic was really good , but i was expecting Spike to pop up at the end.

Author's Response: Oh, wow. I'm so sorry if this raised any painful memories, but I'm sure your mom would love hearing you refer to her as your hero. As for Spike popping up, well... a sequel isn't completely out of the question...
