I don't know if you still read your reviews but even if you don't I wanted to leave my praise for this particular fic of yours, Addie. It is pretty much perfect. It's got pretty much spot on characterization and thank you for writing everyone in character at that particular point in the story (after NFA), meaning everyone's a little older and wiser with a notable exception (Angel), which I think is totally right for where he is at that moment emotionally and mentally. Thank you for the great plot and not throwing Buffy and Spike in bed together asap because as much as that can work if fine carefully, them talking and understanding each other is a better way to do by their relationship, imho. I love what you did with the Shanshu and how you explained it, the fact that you tried to explain it was something I really, really appreciated btw, and prophecies and the PTB. I'm gonna vote this as my favorite post NFA and Chosen reunion fic for all these reasons but these two lines in particular: "You said once that you'd always be my girl." "Yes, I did. But, I'm a woman now." Yes! You have just summed up the essence of Bangel: why it happened and why it ultimately didn't and could never work, and you had my girl Buffy be the one to spell it out to Angel. She got to walk away from him and leave their once mutual fantasy behind for good. For that alone I thank you: thank you for letting Buffy grow up and be happy :). Thanks for letting Spike grow up and be happy too! I would recommend this fic to anyone who is awesome and who also enjoys awesome things :).

I really enjoyed this story, I did find Angel a little petulant at times, but that is just my view and I understood why you did it. It just made her choice too easy! I was a little surprised at the comments you had to make as you went along, why people feel they can tell you how to write it and what you should do when I don't understand. It is your story, your pace, if they don't like it they can stop reading it. I found the pace lovely, there is nothing wrong with stories that resolve quickly but they are like popcorn - I like a good meal! I looked at your next stories but they are WIP and I like to read them in one go! But I will keep an eye on the website. Thank you for a lovely afternoon of reading.

It just cracked me up when Buffy said, "I don't think either one of us is in a position to point fingers where that's concerned (when Spike said that Cordelia was supposed to be dead) . As if coming back to life is a faux paux!
But I'm scared - why did Angel call Soike Will? Is he Angelus again? But no, he couldn't fool Cordy - could he?

Yes! Yes! Yes! I absolutely loved this chappie! The thing with Giles apologizing to Spike. The thing with Angel being so sad that he didn't get to rear Connor (that disappointed me, too). And I am so excited that Angel is finally getting it on with Cordy! They are so perfect for each other; she doesn't take all his being Stupid Angel & Know-it-All Angel. She loves him for, & in spite of, what he is.

I can't review because I'm crying. I loved Buffy & Willow's make-up scene! Bonding is so difficult to get right, so many people just mess it up somehow. Which is why I'm a reviewer & not a writer; I love,love,love the Buffy & Willowthing.

It must be really weird for Buffy - finding out that Spike is alive, going directly into battle ( and the possibility that he might die AGAIN ) , being angry at Spike for not telling her, then having Spike suddenly being REALLY alive, being angry at Angel for being so , well, so ANGEL...I think Buffy is dealing awfully well.Certainly better than I would! I love your Cordy, too.

You are a naughty girl, Author; you shouldn't black mail people into leaving reviews. Besides, half the time the reviews I write don't get to the list for some reason - and I don't have the patience to re-do (o.k. so it's partly a superstitious belief that if the review didn't take, it wasn't MEANT to be).
I really liked this chapter, esp. Angel & Connor and also the think when Buffy said she'd ALMOST remembered the day with Angel that he'd disappeared.

Really enjoyed your interactions of Buffy & Illyria. It was completely new to me so I was very excited.
Eeek! What is with this beating heart stuff? Does it mean he is no longer super strong & super fast & everything?

I never could understand why Joss had Buffy fucking the immortal. After all the fuss she made about Spike being a demon i thought she'd shy away from other non humans. Still makes my stomache turn to think of her fucking someone Spike despises.

I dont care about Spuffy interaction but i wish The Immortal wasn't Buffy's love interest. I know i know it's canon but to have that thing that stole Dru from him and humilated him being the one to be boinking Buffy is jsut horrible.
