“Angel seems to be in a perpetual state of denial,” he said. “Every time he sees something regarding Buffy’s…closeness to Spike, he reacts as though it is, well, news.” -- Live that line, and the fact that I can totally imagine Angel like that regarding Spike with Buffy. Reminds me of the episode in season 5 where Spike kept having to explain to everyone the Ben is Glory. One of my favorite moments.

Bought time! All of that amazing love making and deep moments and I can't believe she didn't just mark him in a fit of passion. Yeah, its better this way, but that girl has a nice bit of self control on her to wait until the passions has lulled to complete her plan. Great chapter.

“Is there such a thing as appropriate fondling?” -- Great line. So many great things in this chapter. And I love Spike's reaction to Buffy heaving on Angel. It makes me laugh every time I think about it. And I think I actually melted a bit when her told her he was with her... in more ways really than just agreeing with her plan. It just keeps getting better and better.

I love that even random fledgling vamp knows about the faux Buffy pregnancy thing. That was real laugh worthy. And the Angel confrontation with Giles... that has brought all kinds of ideas out into the open. Gotta wonder how Buffy will react to that kind of idea... Great chapter.

It was a delightful turn. Glad she has Willow to think about what is really going on. Great chapter. Wonderful story. Just been plugging right on through it. Sorry not to review til now, but it's so good, I have trouble stopping. Onward we go!
