The Cullens aren't used to real vampires - neither the vamp-face nor the strength. No wonder they underestimated what Spike can do. Or Buffy.
But a vamp face looks more threatening as a Cullen can look.
I forgot about the venom for a moment. But Buffy is right, Edward has to bite her anyway for Bella becoming the slayer. Problem solved. :)

Good that Buffy hadn't long to wait to find Spike even if it was longer for him. Not sure if Spike will like that someone reads his thoughts ;)

okay...I'm gonna try and keep this short. I'm sure you have a great writing style and original ideas but my god... How can you even let Buffy come into contact with the crap people call Twilight? Buffy was an amazng show that had strong female characters and feministic standings - to even compare it to Twilight is an insult to Buffy and to Joss.
Twilight is a horrible story - it is badly written, has horrible plot lines (if at all), no character development, no conflict or conflict resolution...okay I think you get my point.
Buffy is in a league totally seperate from Twilight - Buffy instilled strong personality traits for women and men and allowed everyone to express their feelings in an open way. She was not stuck in traditional gender roles as Bella is. Buffy chose who she was and who she wanted to be with. Edward is an abusive boyfriend who kidnaps his girlfriend to "protect her"
There is no way I can read this fanfiction. I'm sure you have talent that would be better placed in a different crossover - perhaps a crossover with something that didn't spit on Buffy's image?
Sorry if I was harsh...but this is something I feel VERY passionate about. I ask you to delve deeper into analyzing the Twilight saga and see what it truly is.

loved the first chapter although it was very sad, but completely confused with the second chapter. Too many characters & no explanation of who they are and don't know what "Eclipse" & "Breaking Dawn" means

A warrior and her champion are being sent to us. Sounds as if Buffy will meet Spike again.
I what Buffy will say to the 'new vampires. And even more what Spike will say when he meets them. They are totally different.

I have no idea what Eclipse or Breaking Dawn are, but as long as Spike's in this other world for Buffy, I'll go with it. Angel's an idiot for deliberately bringing on an apocalypse. I've thought so ever since that secret little meeting in his office when he proposed his plan. Egotistical pillock

Great beginning, very poiwerful. You worked in information from Buffy's thoughts perfectly, not slowing down the feelings of alarm and dread, and the background about Buffy's feelings for Spike was brought up in a subtle, believable way.
I'm very eager to see the next chapter!
