Really fun fic, I liked it a lot. Love Spike here; still so good with his insight into others, his romantic sappiness for Buffy, but still sharp-tongued and sarcastic. Nice!
Some spelling/grammar errors, but just a quibble.
Also, this last chapter isn't an epilogue, just a final chapter... an epilogue would tell us how they were getting on after the story was resolved, had I would love to see that!

That was a beautifully characterized story. Capturing the Scoobies' season 1 innocence is hard, but you did a great job. Although i personally would have liked a little more Anyanka, you had a great ratio of relationships vs. action. Kudos!

ick Giles did sew Spike's wounds without anesthesia. I wouldn't have dared.. but he's a vampire :) Oh *gg* I think using bright purple threads did make up for Spike drinking that flask :) And Willow *sigh* the spell got out of hand but at last only the bad guys died. Was fun to read, this one :)

Hehe...so Spike is watching over Joyce from afar. Brained with an ax *grins* reminds me on something :) ~ *gg* So Spike was watching careful indeed with his slayer ... I would call that distracted :) And he has to meet Joyce ;-) Whoot! Joyce! Loved that part.. (her fighting Darla) And it was because of Giles. ~ So, Angelus will be gone for now. Looking forward to the next part :)

Brilliant update. I really like the friendship that's sprung up between Spike, Buffy and Cordy. It works well. Especially loved the nice touch with the hair. I can see Angel frantically trying to gel his remaining strands over the bald spots. That's what I call getting your own back. Loved it.
