And so it endeth. What a wonderful, moving story. I thought at first, with the way Buffy and everybody hated him so much, that there was no way they could be the way they are now, so in love with each other. But you managed to make it happen in a truly wonderful way. Thanks for another great story. Off to start another one of yours.

Ack, it's not Giles. I thought I had it all figured out. I just didn't think Giles would let Spike go through all that, even if it would stop Faith. Buffy is gonna be one pissed off Slayer when she finds out what Giles did.

Maybe Giles is using his magic to conceal his vampire status. Cause I can see Angel chained up in the basement, and possibly cloaked from Spike by Giles, and his surge of strength was just normal protecty stuff. I mean, if he just spent the last year or whatever being tortured and then was assaulted by Buffy, who last time shoved a sword through his chest, I'd be a little testy too.

Ok, for the longest I thought it was Angel who was the mysterious vamp but I kept thinking "Why would Buffy's mom let him in?" She knows what he is. Then all the talk about how they both know him, how Joyce knows him and would let him in, how they don't even know he's alive, and then the final piece-Buffy's call to the Council and how they didn't know where Giles was. Why would they not send him when the world depends on it? Cause they don't know where he is, cause Faith had Giles turned! He killed Buffy's mom. I just know it. Oh, that's gonna be bad for Buffy-having to kill Giles. I've rambled long enough.

Great story! It is just as fabulous as everything else that you write. I really like how you wrote Crazy Faith and Evil Willow. I also like how Xander didn't give Buffy such a hard time. Keep up the good job.

Aw comon! Why can't he just get a gun and shoot her? It'll be over, snap snap. It sucks to hear that Oz and Cordelia are dead in your fic, it seems that things will still be rather gloomy even at the end of the story.
I'm enjoying your writings tho. Thanks for sharing :)

Awe, Buffy gave him a lot: She did not only tell him she loved him, she let Spike bite her too (even if he didn't claim her). Loved the chapter. Looking forward to read on! -> because it says completed: "red cross". Means not completed. If it is the last chapter like I think you should change this.

So good! Did he claim her? I wonder what Dawn's reaction to the whole thing was. I know a lot of people don't like Dawn but I love the whole Dawn/Spike friendship thing. Anyway, I loved the story. Thanks for writing.

Hehe.. Spike did exactly know that the room was sound proofed; Buffy forgot *gg* ~ And Willow is really annoying indeed. But did she get her lesson? Not yet I fear. And anyone in this house who has any problem with that -- needs to get over it. Or get out. Now at last Buffy told everyone.. but I think the only one who has a problem with it is Willow. And maybe Giles.. just a little bit.

Yes, Yes, Yes! Almost as satisfying as Faith's downfall..but yet really sad at the same time. I hope this is all building Spike's confidence that Buffy loves him..
