Good decision in my eyes to make one's own decisions. (Buffy not letting herself being influenced by the scoobies. In the end it's her life she has to live.)
This was partly hard to read because of how Buffy was (even if it was clear that it wasn't Buffy then). But I'm glad I continued reading. :)
Good to see it end happier than it started. :)

I thought that Buffy was tortured by Lilah too. It's no wonder she (over-)reacted that way.

I never suspected it was Lilah! I don't know if there were clues before, but that one threw me for a loop. Personally, maybe Buffy went too far with her punishment, but she had some justification for being so angry. Wondering if Angel has realized the relationship changing between Spike and Buffy yet. I think he has proven himself to be a coward in this chapter when he recoiled from Buffy's attack on Lilah. Here's to hoping Spike can help Buffy with her emotions (well, duh! LOL.)
Author's Response: There weren't really any clues except that it was a woman. Though W&H would have the resources/money to make the shapeshifter cooperate with them and cover up their tracks/get Lilah out of there ASAP. :)

Ooo you evil, evil woman! It was Lilah??!! Far out, so didn't see that coming. I totally loved the twist, hell, I love the way you have approached and executed this whole fic. There doesn't have to be a Spuffy lovin for a fic to be interesting and totally awesome. So don't apologize missy, I won't hear it!
Author's Response: I'm glad you didn't see it coming and that you liked it. :D I've had a lot of help from my two wonderful betas. They help me with the plot holes, structure, and lots of other stuff. Working on such a serious fic (LOL for me anyway), I've learned so much, especially because I have them guiding me.
BUT as for the Spuffy, there will be one. Sort of. :D
