This was amazing! I was giggling and laughing from beginning till the end. The real reason I love Spike is not his fancy coat or his swagger but because he's always William inside, and you've brought him out beautifully!

Absolutely loved! Ah...young nerd love! So sweet! This story reminded me somewhat of one of my fav 80's movies, Revenge of the Nerds--but with dampers' world renowned twists! Also, gratefully without Lewis Skolnick's annoying laugh! I absolutely loved the part when Buffy was glamouring William's horn, and his neighbor was banging on the wall and telling him to turn down the porn! LOL!!!! I only have one suggestion for this story, changed the title to: Dampers' Awesome!

This story just brims with awesomeness! The interior monologues of Buffy and WIlilam are hysterical. I loved how fleshed out all the secondary characters were too. And the spuffy (wuffy?) was so sweet and real.
P.S. I can't wait for more of Closer and Closer.

So glad to see you finish this, I just love all your stories. I've read so much fanfic I've forgotten where the real Buffy world ends and the written one begins, makes for awkward situations where I might have to admit my obsession for Spuffy fanfic.

Author's Response: In the 30 stories I've written, I think only one of them has had an Epilogue. I think they're kinda cheesy! But you are welcome to imagine any sort of conclusion for them that you wish! :) Thank you so much for reading!

Thanks so much for this! I've been reading a lot of dang angsty Spuffy lately and really needed a palate cleanser. The first chapter made me laugh out loud! I hope Buffy is sweet to William - it would be so nice for the boy to experience some bliss right under his Millenium Falcon model. I usually don't even read AU but between this story and Nautibitz's Crave, I may be a convert!
