Still don't know the exact particulars..so any opinion I have may be wrong in the end..BUT..
So far, it sounds like Spike had broke up with Dru...*yuck* and even though he was in love with Dru, he slept with Buffy. When Dru took him back, he completely shut Buffy out and then left town to God knows where. Of course by that time Buffy was pregnant and did not have him to go to. Still don't know what Angel's part in this was...but MAN Spike seems like a bit of an ass here! Sounds like he let his relationship with Dru blind him to anyone else..( at least from what I know so far)
So glad to see you back with an update for this story. It's a pretty darn good story! : D

I actually like fashbacks..I can see it's kind of important in this story so that we can see what actually happened.So good chapter.....
Now..I can't wait to see what happens when Spike sees his daughter for the first time..Will he figure it out? LOL...

Author's Response: Thanks! I was inspired by my own clumsiness and especially my sister. She tripped in the parking lot and I swear her whole body was gliding through the air. She vows by corderoy to this day, not a gravel mark on her.

Wow..Those two were meant to be together. With the whole.."sleeping together" as friends..I can see how some hanky panky happened and Buffy became pregnant. Can't wait to find out if they ever admitted to loving one another or if it just happened one night..
BTW Angel sounds like a complete ass in this fic. : )
Really looking forward to what happens when Spike realizes he has a child. Please udate again before long. : D

Wow..Both Spike and Buffy thinking of each other during their first times with other people..Pretty telling I would say.
