Great story - wonderfully written. You captured and maintained the snarky essence of Spike through the whole story and even after he was 'reformed.' Great job. I loved their banter.

This fic was a fun romp to read and I really enjoyed it. However, I think I had just as much fun reading your hilarious excerpts at the end of each chapter. Reminded me of a "Rocky & Bullwinkle" cartoon from my youth with the humorous foreshadowing to the next chappie. Yes, you definately have a funny bone and don't hesitate to use it. Great fun.

I absolutely loved this. I love early-season Spuffy fics... and I love roadtrips, love chip-less Spike, love snarky Spuffy banter... and I love that you wrote all of these things so wonderfully. This fic was so awesome! Can't wait to see what you come out with next. :D

Lots of fun, and avoided many of the cliches often associated with this kind of fic. I especially liked the presumed big bads being destroyed by contact with Dru's mind--very amusing touch. :)

In a way I'm sad to see the update - but just because it's the last chapter of this story and no more updates after that for this story. :(
The others didn't take it too well but at last Willow is on Buffy's side. And the important thing? With your words: At least she had Spike in all this madness, and at least she wouldn't have to deal with the repercussions on her own. She knew he'd stand by her. :)

Thanks for finishing up this fun, funny story. The gang not taking too kindly to the happy couple makes sense and Joyce just added more dissension in the ranks. Spike's disinterest in winning them over was funny, but I'm sure he'll play nice to please Buffy. It's just the way he's wired.

I really really loved this fic and while it's sad that it ends, it's cool to see it finished. I'm someone who always wnats to know what's next, but I still like your open, kinda silly ending. It's fitting. That was great work! See me bow.

The end felt like it came so quick even if it was a long time coming. Such a wonderful funny story. I'm just gonna have to go to the beginning and reread it all over again to cheer me up since it's over. Perhaps a sequel? You have a gift with words, I hope you continue to share with us.

Bloody Great. Got the characters totally down pat along with the light humour of BTVS. Probably the best spuffy fanfic I've come across.
