It's been a while - glad to see this story hasn't been abandoned :-)
It's good to see Buffy admitting her bloodlust and thirst for dishing out violence and death despite the soul and how she's acknowledging how hard things must have been for Spike when he was first chipped. More soon please...
Author's Response: Yeah, sorry it's been so long. Since chapter 2, I've moved house - with all the stress that goes with that! Then, too there's the problem I'm having with this fic, where I don't know where it's heading! Thanks for sticking with it and 'virtual' hugs for caring enough to review. X

Just wanted to let you know that I am really into it. It is really a great start for the story. I always like your fics. They never cease to amaze me.
Author's Response: Thank you so much, reviews like that make me all glowy! It's great to know that people like what I write. As far as this fic goes, I'll avoid anything cliff-hangerish until some kind of plot starts to emerge, so if it's a while between posts, the frustration factor will be lower. Author's Response: Oddly enough, chapter 2 is almost ready! It's been a while, I know, mostly because I don't really know where it's going. I just type and see where Buffy and Spike take me. It's where I go whenever I'm blocked on my other fics.

I just reread the first one to go 'back into the game'. PS - something is wrong with the chapter, I can't make the font bigger. Hope you can fix it with the next chapter. You seemed to have used not the normal font family - it's a different kind. *copies to Word to make it bigger*
Ah so Giles where right, both Angel and Andrew are dead. Wouldn't have guessed that Angel killed him.
Ah that's what Buffy found, I wondered - she got drunk.

Author's Response: Glad you're enjoying. Again, sorry about not being able to change text size, could it be because I don't have 'word'? (My laptop only came with 'Microsoft works')
As for Angel, he was in a bit of a mood, having sniffed out that: 1) Buffy and Spike were lovers. 2) Buffy was dead. 3) Spike had sired Buffy.
Also, I hate Andrew and felt he should pay for what he did to Jonathan.
