I wonder if Spike wouldn't be able to smell what Xander did.
The reason why he kept the mirror makes sense. ;)
Author's Response: Spike was too...busy to notice Xander's activites at that moment. I know in my world, he would of known soon enough!

Love it! I never understood how the FE justified calling Xander 'the one who sees' as he was so frequently blind to what was going on around him - whether unconsciously or from pure denial.
Author's Response: Yeah, Xander was the blindest of the bunch and that was way before Caleb and the eyepatch!

...and here's exhibit xyz proving that Xander secretly wants Spike.
Aside from the mirror-Spike-invisible!Buffy trifecta problem, thought this was a funny glimpse at Xander and his consummate denial of the affair Spike and Buffy had in season six.
I mean Spike isn't THAT special as to reflect, is he? Or perhaps I've misinterpretted the use of mirror...
Author's Response: When I received you review, at first I was like WTF...even though Spike is indeed VERY special he still won't have a reflection! Then I went back and read my story. My computer ate the paragraph that I had written explaining how Xander ditched the mirror and just looked in! Don't ask me why or how...it just did! Now it's all fixed! The way it was suppose to be! Thanks to pointing this out! And hopefully you don't think I'm a complete idiot! I'm not...just my computer thought it would be funny to make me look like one!
