pj! I remember wishing one of your stories would be finished seriously about a decade ago. Amazing. I just tried an old password I used to use and amazingly got in too. Memories!

Absolutly loved the whole 'verse. One series I am sure to reread over and over.

Author's Response: Thank you so much!

Reviewer: Puddin Anonymous Date: 07/25/2012 - 01:40 pm Title: Epilogue (part 2)

Quite a feat. Note just the last chapter in your story, but the last chapter in your 'verse! What an accomplishment! Congratulations on a job well done!

Author's Response: Thank you Puddin - and thank you for your assistance, which has been immeasurable. And congrats on your awards!

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/22/2012 - 06:31 pm Title: Epilogue (part 2)

Ah it was THE SlAYER - not especially way in the future. So it's sad that Dawn is gone now - even if she had a good life. And a quite long one.

I don't mind the long epilogue - I appreciated it especially because it may be the last in this 'Verse.
Enjoyed :)

Author's Response: Thanks you Cordykitten - and thank you for your faithful reviews all through this series. Your enthusiastic comments are a large part of the reason I ever managed to get this far!

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/22/2012 - 06:08 pm Title: Epilogue (part 1)

Heh - something special indeed - as the only blood drinker with a natural suntan.

Sounds we're are a bit in the future, their future, now, huh?

Author's Response: I just thought of James who is now all tanned - yum! Yup - we jumped a little way into their future, just for a sneaky glimpse.

Reviewer: Tanjamuse Anonymous Date: 07/21/2012 - 07:47 am Title: Epilogue (part 2)

Bravo.

Thanks for writing a fantastic ending (at least for now).

Author's Response: Thank you so much. :-)

I waited so I could be the 100th :)

I think this is a really interesting departure - not just for this story, but for Spuffy in general. Hell, for fiction in general! And I love it. It's scary to take chances like this and I'm proud of you for doing it.

Author's Response: Thank you Puddin. Where would I be without you?

Reviewer: sallyntmare Anonymous Date: 07/18/2012 - 10:44 pm Title: Chapter 26

such a brillliant author. So much detail. Sorry my details are lacking in detail. I am just really short on time lately. Just want you to know that, like usual, I love this story. Thanks for writing!

Author's Response: And thank you for your kind words.

Reviewer: sallyntmare Anonymous Date: 07/18/2012 - 10:41 pm Title: Chapter 25

Such a good chapter. The simple scene of Spike making cocoa for Dawn was so cute.

Author's Response: Thank you :-)

Reviewer: KathyH Anonymous Date: 07/14/2012 - 06:08 pm Title: Chapter 27

I love, love, love your entire Coincidences series! You do such a wonderful job of writing Buffy and Spike, and I love having Tara in the mix too. And while I'm not an Angel fan, you do a great job of capturing his arrogant ego -- and of Angel bashing too!

The series is one of my all-time favorites!

Author's Response: Thank you so much, Kathy.

Reviewer: Puddin Anonymous Date: 07/14/2012 - 06:00 pm Title: Chapter 27

You made some subtle changes to this chapter and I like them. Some of the stuff with identifying her as Lilah - very nice. And, well, dammit, I have to say yet again how much I love your Spike voice. If I write a Spike story, I am so gonna pick your brain. Is that a warning or a threat? ;)

Author's Response: I just can't seem to resist that last minute fiddle... LOL I'm so happy you like my Spike - he is after all the reason I got into this fanfic world in the first place! Feel free to pick whatever grey matter is still functioning...

Oh yeah - necro-thingy glass will be neat in (for) the car.
Clever way to get rid of the contract. Lots of rocks should make it safe.
So it all turned out fine - it won't be Angel Spike will fighting with but he has his own fight, now with Cordy's visions back.
And Buffy and Spike? The new location sounds good.

Loved it - looking forward to the epilogue though it will be sad not so see any new stories from this verse.

Author's Response: Thanks, Cordy.

Almost finished... not a lot to catch up too. (I'll really miss this verse. I know like today I've caught the begin on a Yahoo Group. BTW to you get the nocturnal light newsletter? There is talk that VK files *quote* hope to get those stories up on a site of their own in the VERY NEAR FUTURE. So there is hope (but I forgot if your stories were there, too. Enough ramble for now.

Heh purple hair. Saves having your hair colored at the shop or self made. *g*
But Angel is really in trouble with his contract.
Wonder where Buffy, Spike and Dawn will end if not L.A.
Eirene = the name fits.

Author's Response: I did have my stories at VK, Cordy and was devastated wen it disappeared. I was also following some stories that I couldn't find anywhere else. Here's hoping... Thanks as always for your detailed revue :-)

I love that Spike is back! :)
I enjoyed reading the bonding of Xander and Spike. Xander isn't so bad when he's not being an ass. You never fail in writing a great chapter.

Author's Response: They'll never be best buddies, but Xander has grown up enough and Spike has mellowed sufficiently that they can get along without too much friction. Besides, with all those girls around, sometimes the men need to stick together...

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 10:07 pm Title: Chapter 25

A bit bad place to end, directly by the demons just because Dawn couldn't concentrate. *g*
But they've made it!
And I managed to catch up, yay!

Author's Response: LOL - well, I couldn't make it too easy, after all, very few of the plans they make work out exactly as they expect! Glad you've caught up, Cordy, but there's another chapter up now... tee hee...

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 05:06 pm Title: Chapter 24

I like the memorials they made. Anya's markers were perfect.
Oh and Angel didn't notice that the prophecy says Spike stands by an Angel, not the Angel. That can be a difference.
McManus has a good point.
Now to the last chapter for now, all caught up then.

Author's Response: I didn't like the way the writers almost always seemed to 'forget' about a character once they were no longer involved in the action. I couldn't do that to Joyce or Willow... Yup, the wording of the prophecy is pivotal...

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 04:38 pm Title: Chapter 23

If I should summarize it - nobody (Wesley, Gunn, Lorne) knows why they followed Angel but they thought it was a good idea.
Maybe not so much, huh...

Author's Response: The 'forget all about Connor' spell affected so much of the past couple of years that whole chunks of their experiences are missing, including Angel's 'executive decision' to move them all to W&H and their willingness to blindly follow him. As you say, that turned out not to be such a good idea after all....

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 03:52 pm Title: Chapter 22

Wesley is already part of the group, he just doesn't know it yet.... Would be good if Buffy could keep him as watcher.
So the hands were part of the solution but so was the scythe.
Spike can go in the sun now? But he should be still a vamp if he needs to fulfill the prophecy (Protector) when he has to bite Buffy. Yes he is. :)

Author's Response: Yes, Wesley is slowly being distanced from Angel and absorbed into the Scoobies. He is a Watcher at heart, he belongs with a Slayer. ;-) Spike was only able to endure sunlight filtered through the amulet for the reversal ritual. He's still as vulnerable as ever to 'regular' sunlight.

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 03:24 pm Title: Chapter 21

Mmmmh maybe their hands are part of the solution.
Indeed depressing for both of them not to be able to act, touch.
Anne could be helpful.

Author's Response: Thanks. :-)

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 02:58 pm Title: Day Nineteen (part deux)

Heh - Angel really thought he could keep Buffy away, huh? Wrong...
Though it sucks that Spike can't touch or be touched, being ghostly. Hope they find a solution soon.

Author's Response: Angel assumes that just because he wants to follow a certain procedure, that everyone else will fall in with him. This time they see his blustering as the self-centred attempt at manipulation that it is. No way would I leave poor Spike ghostly for months, as the writers on the show did....

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 02:39 pm Title: Day Nineteen (part one)

Sounds like a good solution for the Potentials, making a difference if they can be called more likely or not.
Good to see Spike is back now - even as a ghost.

Author's Response: Thanks. :-)

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/07/2012 - 02:09 pm Title: Day Eighteen

Oh my, Drama Queen Angel. *nods* This calls for new locks.
I enjoyed "reading" Spike's entries with Buffy. But now she has run out of new stuff. Hope Spike will be back soon.

Author's Response: Angel always needs to be the centre of attention - as long as that attention isn't too critical. Your wait is nearly over...

Reviewer: Puddinhead Anonymous Date: 07/07/2012 - 10:15 am Title: Chapter 25

Ok, so I just have to say how much I loved the mix of action and the heavy emotions of recovering their memories. Hard to mix both of these, but you did another bang-up job.

Author's Response: Thank you, Puddin. You know how much trouble I have writing deep emotions, so I'm glad I didn't make too much of a mess of it.

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/01/2012 - 05:37 pm Title: Day Seventeen

Dru vanished? Well they weren't careful enough watching her it seems. Hopefully it won't cause trouble. ~ Found out now, that was unexpected.
Tara was a good choice for the new Guardian.
Hope Spike will come back soon.

Author's Response: And again, I'm happy to have been able to surprise you. I think Tara is perfect for a Guardian. Loyal, loving, generous and utterly incorruptible.

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/01/2012 - 03:05 pm Title: Day Sixteen

Could speech Buffy made (Kennedy). Think it got her to stop for a while at last.
Enjoying the story.

Author's Response: Thanks, Cordy. As I have mentioned before, I had a great deal of help with that speech. I am not good with confrontations...

Reviewer: cordykitten Signed Date: 07/01/2012 - 02:44 pm Title: Day Fifteen

Mmmh Tara noticed the hand, huh? Interesting what she said.
Sorry for Buffy that the journal is almost empty now. Time for Spike to come back.

Author's Response: Thanks, Cordy. It's getting close to that time...
