Oh I luv this! I love how you used the video camera as a way for Buffy to find out about Spike. Short and simple leaving us begging for more! On to read the next one after I clean up a bit! Should have had Buffy pummel Andrew's ass or wait isn't that going to be Spike...on to the second part lol!

Loved the story, Xaph! The sequel is so much fun that I had to see how it began :D You wrote Andrew so well, I cracked up more than a few times at his commentaries lol
It was sad when Buffy was overcome by emotion at first. And then to find out that Spike was alive... I hope she makes her presence known in LA :)

oh i hope she goes and kicks his ass! i love that. he totally deserves it. i loved the videos stuff. i'm surprised she didn't get more jealous but if she thought he was dead maybe there was no need for jealousy. good one-shot though. i was intrigued and amused by the spike works out video and responses. silly spike she'll always find him like he'll always find her :)
Author's Response: Hee :D I know they didn't have Spike go to Buffy in AtS s5 because they needed to keep him on the show, but I think realistically, he would have at least contacted her, or she would have found out. Ah well, guess that's what fic is for! Thanks for reading and reviewing :)

I liked this quite a bit, with good characterizations and decent writing. I think I might have preferred more angst--more awareness in Buffy of how much time with Spike was lost through their respective flaws, including her inability to commit--but that's just me. In any case, very nicely done, and I it's leading up to further set pieces as Buffy goes on her journey. Good job.
Author's Response: Thank you :) I find writing a humorous story much easier than an angsty one - I did set out with the intent to make this more about Buffy grieving for Spike, but this is what it ended up as lol. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

I really enjoyed this fic both time I read it. I like the way Buffy found out he was alive again. I wonder what would happen when she sees him? Hmmm I feel a sequel brewing!! Great job! I loved the banner too, you are wicked when it comes to graphics too! So talented!

I SO think this needs to be continued!! Wonder what would happen if Buffy shows in LA, has a love in with Spike then gets to show him his internet status! They could post their own!!! Ohhhhh

I loved it! You wrote Andrew's commentaries very well - it truly sounded like him. I'd certainly like to see Spike's working out video. Anyway, like everyone else, if the muse inspires you I'd love a sequel.

What a charming way for Buffy to both have some private time mourning her vampire, and then get to make plans to meet up with him. She's feeling all nostalgic and sweet right now, but I'll bet she'll work herself up by the time she hits the streets of Los Angeles. Here's hoping in your universe she makes it before Angel gets him killed. Again.
