Great writing, and great idea for a story. I liked the movie die hard, and writing it spuffy style works great! Do we get to hear Spike say Yippe Kiya Mofo* . . .? (Hehe - you remember the line I'm talking bout, right? LOL. - though it mighta been in the second one actually - I'll shut up now.) Anyway, great story so far, can't wait to read more :)

ooo the big finale, a good twist, i could never see buffy as helpless, the way holly was in the movie, so that was a good way for buffy to be all slayer-y.

see what happens when you post twice in one day...normally I would review both chapters.,..but I have been up for 18 hrs. straight...I made the mistake of agreeing to copy cds on my cd burner for a baby shower...NEVER do that unless there are only two or three cd's....anyway great chapter! *g*

I have to be honest here, this is a ripoff. As I read it seemed to me you just interchanged the names from the movies, with the Buffyverse characters. It would have been a better read, had you taken the simple plot idea, being stuck in a building with terrorist/robbers, and then wrote around that but instead you pretty much did scene by scene and in alot of places word by word from the movie. I own the movie, so I can watch it whenever I want, this is a disappointment for me. And I would like to put this out there to all who write like this, this is not writing, this is not original, this is in essence copying. And I'll say the 'P' word it's quite plagarist, but I won't take issue with that since you're not copying any other author here, I'll leave that between you and Fox Studio, who I think owns the movie. I probably won't read anymore of this because as I've said I own the movie, and to be honest again it's better. I don't wish to sound mean, but I think it's best that you know this is not considered 'writing', and maybe next time if you're going to take a plot from a movie, just use the plot and write your own story around it.

It's good. i'm like a Die Hard freak obsessed person so i can see how it woukd be awesome spuffy like, except only later on are you going to find a way for buffy to be out helping spike because otherwise itll jsut be spike running around a builidng a lot, which while sexy and cool , isnt terribly spuffy...im sure you have somehing exciting planned. im going to keep reading. so take care

Haven't seen Die Hard in years but it's starting to come back. Love stories where Spike and Buffy are already together. And sexy police Spike, that's always a plus, heehee. =)
