I love this story. L-O-V-E this story.
I love the care and thought that has gone into making the characters truly themselves. REAL. There are no cliches or conventions here. The easy road has not been taken. It is fresh. It is unique. It is only itself.
I like how the relationship is not rushed, how they have been given the courtesy and acknowledgement of having feelings and pasts and that they have true meaning and impact on their reactions and choices. The pacing is perfect IMO.
I am enjoying this so much that I am not eager for it to end--but AM eager for the next chapter whereupon I am sure I will continue my happy dance of excitement! ;)

There was a lot going on in this chapter, holy crap. Glad they got away from Angelus but to share that many memories? Shooooooooooooot, I wouldn't want anyone in MY head like that, I feel for SPike on that end, his history is a might too colorful for Buffy. And yay they got their voices back - i'll be interested in hearing how that happened. And the bite? Kinda HAWT!!! Hope you post again soon darling - keep up the good work. Hugs.

The maelstrom of their thoughts seems to have been the tidal wave; they have their voices back now.
