Title: The Best Night?
An interesting but enjoyable take on things. Like the idea of taking a vamped Buffy to Africa to get her soul. And I wonder what Andrew Wells did to save the world. I hope one day that Buffy goes to Dawn. Souled Buffy would never leave Dawn alone forever. Enjoyed your take. Thanks for sharing.

Damn - the site logged me out while I was reading so it ate my review. Now then... what did I say?
Oh yes - loved it! I didn't like your Giles - Buffy unstable - right to throw her out. Boo hiss! I wonder who was Chosen to be the new slayer? As long as it's not that Kennedy {hawk spit} I can't remember offhand if she was on Faith's mission go boom.
A sequel is essential, there are so many stories still to be told. Will Angel pop up all ghosty at W&H? Will Buffy forgive Dawn for throwing her out of her own house and contact her? Will Anya go back to being a demon? Oh yes - more please...........
Author's Response: Sorry about Giles but I felt, at that stage, that he was increasingly disapproving of Buffy's choices and with her not coming back (although, why should she, they threw her out) he probably would think she was neglecting her duties and choosing the dark side (Spike). After all, he tried to have Spike killed...
Definitely not Kennedy as the new slayer; she, along with Faith and the other poor unfortunates, got blown up and then eaten by Turok-hans because Buffy wasn't there to save them (what with being dead and all..)! What can I say, poor Willow - at least she's better off without this one! I don't know who the new slayer is, maybe one of the girls who we saw getting chosen when Willow activated all the potentials.
I've pretty much written chapter one of the sequel but I've not posted it because I still don't know where it's going! I hate leaving huge gaps between postings, it makes me twitchy. My laptop's been back at the shop for repairs for 3 weeks, after something electrical inside went fubar. Chapter 8 of my other fic (..Or is this the dream that never goes away?) was stuck on it and I spent the time writing in my head and even (gulp) with a pen!

I loved your story. I hope you write a sequel you left it open to so many possible senarios. I would love to read what you think happen next.
Author's Response: There will definately be a sequel but as yet I have no clue what will happen!! I'm writing bits of chapter 1 every time I'm stuck for ideas on my other current fic ('..Or is this the dream that never goes away') THAT one I DO know what's going to happen but it's the actual getting there that sometimes gives me trouble!

Oh forgot if that was an one-shot when I've read that. Good to know that it is marked as unfinished. I didn't expect this reaction from Buffy. Ah that's why Dru said Slayer's make good dollies. Nice twist.
