The "Dead Things" episode was one of my favorites. I'm glad you put your spin on it. I was tired of Buffy running out on Spike. The story had a lot of emotional ups and downs but I liked how it came together with them bonding. They seemed like a real boyfriend and girlfriend. I liked the old lady story. I could see William doing that more so than Spike. These two so belong together...damn Angel and Riley...sorry had a moment. Thanks for sharing your version.

Great rewrite. I love how you didn't make it an easy transition from the destructive relationship they had to the loving one it became. I liked reading through Buffy's thought process - very believable.

It would take a bar graph to appropriately convey to you the range of emotions you inspired in me while I read this story. Their were tears and smiles, but most of all there was a long 'sigh' that said things were where they always should have been. Thanks for the Chirstmas treat! I loved it, completely.
