pj! I remember wishing one of your stories would be finished seriously about a decade ago. Amazing. I just tried an old password I used to use and amazingly got in too. Memories!

Okay, im gonna be really honest with you guys about this. I put a lot more work then im used to in this poem, usually i can pop poems out in like a minute but i sat there and thought profusively about each line before adding it. I hope you guys like it and if you did please leave a review to let me know....the lack of them will make me feel like it was shit (im very sensitive about my poems lol)

I stand here looking out,
our town collapsed from view
But i feel like that empty hole
and i dont know what to do
My friends all stand behind me,
so i have to act as strong
As i was before you burned,
before it went so wrong
I smile to the distance,
they think that i feel free
But my smile's not for them,
it's for you to see
They chatter all around me
as i try to feel your touch
I try to hide the tears
but my heart it hurts too much
But still my smile stays in place
so when you look you'll find
The words i told you last where true,
not said to just be kind
I know i must keep living
so that you havent died in vain
But i dont know how i'll do it
without you to ease my pain
You truly where a hero
and i tried to make that clear
By giving you the amulet
that a champion must wear
The breeze goes by me softly
and the wind plays with my hair
And i remember when you did that
to show me that you care
But i never stayed around
because i was always too afraid
At the warmth from your cool touch,
your gentleness displayed
I'm blessed to have ever known you
each and every single part
The demon that gave you passion
and the man that gave you heart
William was beneath no one,
he was so much more above
With his willingness to forgive
and his capacity for love
I wish i could have told you this
just once before the end
That i always needed you,
that you always were my friend
The sunset looks so calming
and it makes me think of you
I know youve finally found your peace,
it is a hero's due
I spent last night beside you
with your arms that held me tight
And that's how i'll remember us
when i close my eyes at night

Thank you William........

Please let me know what you think of it.......thanx
