You updated and I love you for it =) That being said: trust Spike to drop something in about wedding arrangements like that. It's so sad that Buffy's depressed...hope she gets better, who wants a sexless wedding night? I'm so glad Joyce approves of their relationship now. The funeral scene was very very sad...but I'm hoping you'll update soon and lighten the angst for us *puppy dog eyes*

Hm, so Angel's the guy equivalent of a dumb blonde? Interesting...I love the fact that Anya's a sectretary, I can really see her in that position, kicking annoying people out and being the obnoxious intercom spy =) Good chapter, awesome story so far!

Author's Response: Angel's a lot smarter then he seems as I'm sure you've seen in later chapters...Yeah, I figured Anya would be the only secretary able to put up with Spike. =]

Well, well, well. Everyone's trying to play matchmaker and Buffy doesn't like it =) lol poor Buffy, even when she's just trying to do her job people chock it up to her still being in love with Angel! And of course there was Angel taking her to lunch, to be followed by Spike taking her to dinner...things are beginning to shape up *very* well. I love it!

Author's Response: Well, it's a very small town so label's like "being in love" with someone stick really easily. Well, Angel's was more of a business deal and Spike's was more of a date deal...at least in Buffy's mind.

oooh amusement park fun... still feeling very sorry for Buffy. Is everyone else in the fic blind? lol kidding their stubborn insistence that Buffy should still be w/ Angel is funny. It's interesting that you made Spike Angel's older brother. Most ppl write him as being younger than Angel. I like it though, it's an interesting contrast...and it's just a little too obvious that I've been studying for my English final =) I'm still loving this story, it's very funny and I can't wait for more Spuffyness!

Author's Response: Well, I wanted to change it up a bit. Everyone is just hoping that she can help Angel become his former self so they're kinda forcing them together in hopes that that will save Angel.

uh-oh...I was a little worried this would happen...the kiss was very cute, but silly Spike misinterpreting Buffy's actions...I know she won't, because Buffy's generally very nice, but can't she just tell Angel to stuff himself? just kidding. this is still a wonderful fic!

Author's Response: Well, both the Giles men have developed serious rejection issues and Buffy's just caught in the middle of all of it....Poor Buffy.

oh, OK. Cute little 3-year-old. I passed 5th grade, I swear =) Ooh, they're gonna meet soon--fun fun fun. Nice touch w/ "Drusilla" being a character in that movie. Can't wait to see what happens when they meet...I wonder if Spike'll even recognize her? Oh, and one last thing--good job writing impatient Spike and slipping that street sign in at the last minute =)
