"There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb"

Written & Directed by: David Greenwalt

Cordelia cries over the severed head of Lorne, until his eyes open and he starts to speak. She's understandably freaked and screams loudly, but Lorne calms her, explaining that his kind of demon can survive decapitated as long as the rest of the body remains in tact. They start to plot an escape, but servants come to check on the cause of Cordelia's screaming and Cordelia makes up a story to get rid of them.

Silas is pleased to hear that Cordelia is angry and plans to have his guards get the heads of Wesley and Gunn to add to the Princess's collection. Silas tells the captain of the guards to go after the humans and to kill the "van-tal" Angel by all means necessary to kill a bloodsucker. After talking with one of the servants about these other cows running free, Silas blows up the cow's head with a handheld device. He has a similar, but larger machine that can take care of all the cows. Wesley and Gunn wait to have their heads chopped off by the rebels. Before it can happen though, guards attack the camp.

Angel wakes to a kind of oatmeal breakfast made by Fred at the cave. They talk about Angel's demon and food back home. At the castle, Cordelia summons a servant to show her to the mutilation chamber, where Lorne's body is, but the servant cannot. Instead, Cordelia requests the girl's clothes so she can go and not look like the princess. Angel and Fred discuss the words she's written on the walls of the caves, and Angel suspects she's unknowingly been opening the portals in Pylea.

The guard captain and several other guards attack the two in the cave. The captain spears Angel repeatedly, but since Angel fights off the demon change, it's Fred who knocks the captain out with a rock. After the battle at the rebel camp, Gunn and Wesley are finally able to convince the rebels that they are not enemies. Freed, they discuss their plans to find Angel and get home. At the cave, Fred takes care of Angel's wounds while the captain sits in the corner, tied up. The captain tells of plans to kill Cordelia after she mates with the Groosalugg, and that Lorne is already dead.

As Angel plans to leave for his friends, the captain gets free of his bindings and attacks Fred with a knife. Angel kills him and checks to make sure Fred's wound isn't too severe. Dressed in servant clothes, Cordelia makes her way into the mutilation chamber and finds body parts strewn about wearing Lorne's clothes. It doesn't make any sense until the Groosalugg shows up and says he hid Lorne's body and put the clothes on another body to fool the guards. The body is waiting with Lorne's family and Landok will help them get the body together.

At the rebel camp, Wesley offers suggestions for attacking the castle and unintentionally gets made their leader. After Angel fixes the cut on Fred's arm, he has to leave to find his friends, and Fred goes with to lead the way. The Groosalugg reveals to Cordelia that during their mating, he would take her visions from her. Cordelia explains that she actually likes her visions and she doesn't want to give them up. She gets a vision that shows Angel, in demon mode, attack Groosalugg. Wesley continues to plan the assault on the castle, planning to lure the Groosalugg out of the castle and attack.

Angel and Fred arrive at the rebel camp, offering their assistance to the efforts. Landok arrives at the camp with a large basket over his shoulder. He reveals Lorne's head in the basket, explaining that he was bringing it home to the body. Later, Wesley tells Angel he must challenge and kill the Groosalugg. Angel explains that he's afraid to change into the demon because he doesn't think he can come back to human after it. Wesley has confidence that he can; he's strong enough to do whatever is necessary.

Everyone disperses from the camp in different directions, all in preparation of the attack. At the castle, Cordelia advises Groosalugg to stay away from the Angelbeast. Angel plants a torch in the ground and calls out to the Groosalugg for battle. Silas, who had been demanding that Cordelia get on with the "com-shuk" drags the Groosalugg outside to face Angel, lying to him about Angel to make him angry. Led by Wesley and Gunn the rebels attack, many of which get killed in the process.

The Groosalugg and Angel fight, Angel losing most of the battle in his attempts to stay human. Silas attacks Cordelia, blaming her for all the problems of their land. The Groosalugg attacks Angel full force, bringing the demon out by calling Angel an animal. Wesley and the others arrive just before Silas uses the device on all humans. Cordelia regains her strength and decapitates Silas from behind. She's pleased to know he'll stay dead that way.

Angel has the upper hand in the battle, but he's determined not to be an animal and Angel turns back to his human side and offers a truce. Groosalugg isn't interested and continues the fight. Cordelia breaks it up, confessing her love to the Groosalugg and demanding that the fights stop. The next day, Lorne, happily all in one piece, says his good-byes to his family. Lorne is actually glad he came back to find out he doesn't belong there and as they walk away from the house, he starts to sing.

Cordelia uses an ax to motivate the priests to write down her new laws for Pylea. She declares all people equal, ending slavery and other horribly practices before destroying the device that would kill humans with collars. Fred, Wesley and Gunn show up at the castle, announcing that Fred has figured out how they can all get home. Cordelia says good-bye to Groosalugg, leaving him in charge of Pylea.

The whole gang, including Fred, arrives back in LA as Angel's car lands in the middle of Caritas. Angel is happy to be home as he enters the hotel lobby, until he finds Willow waiting for them. Her look tells them its bad news and he knows, "It's Buffy."
