Fade from black to a shot of Buffy in a curtain-lined room, surrounded by candles.
A shadowy male figure steps out of the darkness. Buffy stares in disbelief.
Buffy: Angel?

Cut to shot of Dawn and her friends at lunch.
Brenda: Hey, Dawn? Don't look, but I think someone's checking you out.
Grip approaches the table and smiles at Dawn.

Cut to shot of Xander in his workshop, sitting and talking with Sonja.
Sonja: There's this movie out that I really want to see, but I don't want to go alone. And I was thinking you could help.
Xander sits up a little straighter, his eye wide.

Cut to a shot of Willow sitting at a table at "The Common Grounds", chatting animatedly to a girl with short brown hair.
Girl: So, maybe ... dinner? Just ... you and me?
Willow smiles warmly.

...in all the wrong places.

Cut to Willow and Xander talking in the coffee shop.
Xander: It's like ... I wanna meet someone, but I don't.
Willow: You just gotta remember, they’d WANT us to meet someone. It’s not a betrayal.

Cut to Buffy lying in a luxurious bed of red satin sheets. She looks around and groans.
Buffy: Okay, hormones, this is Buffy speaking. Consider this your cease and desist notification.

Cut to shot of WIllow, Buffy and Xander all sitting on the couch, staring straight ahead, stony-faced and very intimidating.
Cut to shot of Grip, sitting in a straight-backed chair, interogation-style.
Cut back to Willow, Buffy and Xander. They haven't moved, haven't twitched, still staring.
Dawn (V.O.): I could die. Right here. Right now.
