After the somewhat disillusioning events of the last two seasons, Buffy's theme this time around was about reforging her connection to the Scoobies. So, it only makes sense that her card should reflect that. It shouldn't be hard to use this--you'll likely have plenty of 3-Destiny and higher Challenges in your deck, and what deck that has Buffy in it isn't going to have the Scoobs?
