This card was easy to develop, but difficult to find a picture for. What I ultimately settled on doesn't completely fulfill my vision of the Memorial, but it does at least portray seclusion, peace, and lots of trees. In terms of play, this is totally for those resource, non-combat characters, especially those whose abilities can be used at any location.
