Buffy vs Angel Competition Terms

  • 1. Entrants must provide their name, address, and email, with the correct competition quiz password for successful competition entry. Please click here for our privacy policy.
  • 2. The competition closes at midnight on 10/07/03.
  • 3. a:The competition winner will be chosen by Mark Worgan, and announced by the Buffy vs Angel Webmaster on 13/07/03.
    b:Only the winner(s) will be contacted by Buffy vs Angel.
  • 4. a:Buffy vs Angel is not expected to, but is allowed to change the prize at any stage throughout the competition, and there is no cash alternative.
    b:Buffy vs Angel reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary should any circumstances arise outside of our control.
  • 5. The competition is open to international entrants, the winner will be randomly picked by Mark Worgan.
  • 6. Only one entry will be accepted per person, and spamming will result in disqualification.
  • 7. Buffy vs Angel does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to hardware or software complications. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  • 8. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules, and to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  • 9. a:Any decision by Buffy vs Angel is final, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
    b:No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or fraudulently made entries.
  • 10. Entrants must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes which must be taken as stated, and cannot be deferred.
  • 11. This competition is promoted by Buffy vs Angel in conjunction with Mark Worgan.
  • 12. The competition is not open to any of the staff of Buffy vs Angel or their family members.
  • 13. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
