Eliza Dushku has been rumoured as Sam Raimi's ideal choice to play Felicia Hardy (aka. The Black Cat) in his new comic book film, Spiderman 3.
Stars of the previous two Spiderman blockbusters, Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst have already committed to the project with Sam Raimi directing. The film is currently being scripted and is due for release in 2006.
This news comes hot on the heels of the rumours that Charisma Carpenter and Sarah Michelle Gellar are both in pursuit of the role to play another comic book character, Wonder Woman. Carpenter is favourite to take the role after insiders described her as "a strong contender." |
