We know him as Gavin, the evil lawyer at Wolfram and Hart in Angel but actor Daniel Dae Kim is set to bring us a softer side to his acting abililities.
Last year, Daniel appeared in the hit series 24 and is currently wowing us on screen in ER where he plays a social worker. But not wanting to completely leave his laywer role behind him, Daniel is set to appear in the new comedy Miss Match from the makers of Sex and The City.
The comedy premiered in the UK on Living TV a fortnight ago and the audience have already taken the show to its hearts. It's quirky storyline centers around laywer Kate Fox, played by the remarkable Alicia Silverstone, who turns her hand to matchmaking in her spare time and discovers she has a talent for it. Daniel is to go up against Kate in the courtroom when he plays the opposing laywer.
Also appearing in Miss Match is another former Angel star, Charisma Carpenter. Originally signed to appear in two episodes of the comedy, the actress proved to be such a hit that she has just finished filming her fourth episode. In one episode called Divorce Happens, she appears alongside Firefly and Buffy star, Nathan Fillion.
Miss Match is on Living TV on Wednesdays at 10pm and is repeated the following Sunday at 8pm.
