i really don't understand why you guys are writing more Buffy episodes. its kind of sacreligious isn't it. i mean, you'll never be able to write it like Joss or anyone from his team could.
Life is hard, Buffy is over, i really think it needs to be left at that.
but thats my single and unimportant opinion.´

I see nothing wrong with it, I think its a huge compliment to the show. People are still writing buffy and angel books/novels after the show has finished why is this any different to that?, there is no difference except for the fact that the ones located on buffyworld are for free, thats all.

I, personally, enjoy the extra Buffy episodes. I think it is good that other fans wished for the series to continue as much as I did, and that they made it continue even better than I expected!

Well, maybe these aren't up to Joss & co's standards, but, y'know.....everybody's gotta start somewhere....I bet the first scripts Joss/Marti/Jane wrote, way back when they were starting out as writers, weren't so much to write home about. I mean, they're gods to me , now...but I suspect they're "awesome" from practice AND talent....not just "talent".It takes both...what's that quote the Space channel is running these days--?"Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. That's too bad.....you're really missing out...cause somebody wrote a Season Eight, and it IS "Joss Quality". It ties up all the loose ends,it fits perfectly with both the mythos of the series as a whole, and the story arcs/characters we loved so much for seven years. The ending is actually better than the Series Finale that Joss&Co. had to churn out on relatively short notice; it's funny,brilliant,incisive, and captivating....I saw nothing there that Joss (et al) wouldn't have heartily approved of. Everything fit, on every level (which is what I loved about the show, in the first place).
SO....as somebody who studies Buffy from an academic point of view, as well as being a TOTAL junkie for anything Joss-related....I feel really, really sorry for folks like you....

These were so well-written, and so much in line with the series at its best....I'd have given anything to see these aired as "Season Eight". Anybody starts up a campaign to produce these scripts...call me. I would sleep on exec's doorsteps and campaign tirelessly to scrape up a budget; I'd work Craft Service on that set for free, in a heartbeat.

ok well i like them they kick-a$$ i think they should bring Buffy back. i mean it was a awesome show that was on the air over 7 years and they still play the re-runs all the time they should take these scripts and bring it back...i mean Nicholas Brendon has done nothing since the finally, Sarah's The Grudge Bombed and you never see James or anything i think Michelle is going to make a comeback with another American Pie but no one is going anywhere they should get them all back together i mean they need something to do.´

While your at it (imporving on Joss's work) could you please start working on a new ending to Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin or how bout that pesky ending to Gone with the Wind. Hey Beetovens 5th could use a little work to. ´
