NAME: Wolfram & Hart
BIZ: Law Firm
TALENT: Specialize in representing demons
QUEST: To have Angel's role in the final apocolypse work to their advantage

Law firm Wolfram & Hart doesn't exactly cater to the stars of Los Angeles. It's more the law firm for the underworld -- specializing in representing evil at all levels and having a hand in everything from illegal demon fighting to drug-dealing demon gangs. Now, this doesn't account for specialized services offered to the firm’s high-profile clients. If you have the mullah, these lawyers have the time to help you murder, steal -- any activity your evil little heart desires.

This isn't your typical "practicing evil-to-get rich" law firm. Wolfram & Hart is not without direction or goals. At the core of the firm is a plan. Accepting only complete secrecy and devotion in its employees, the firm resorts to random mind readings to assure complete loyalty and deals quickly and swiftly with those who go wayward. With the promise of power and money, young executives like Lindsey and Lilah are recruited to continue the firm’s mission. Lindsey, who managed to go against the firm and survive, is the most promising executive, already achieving junior partner status. Because Angel has ruined more than one of Lindsey's cases, the hatred between them has grown as well as Wolfram & Hart's desire to get rid of Angel. As for Lilah, she has served as Lindsey's rival in the firm as well as co-conspirator in the goal to assassinate Angel.

Prophecy binds Angel and Wolfram & Hart. The goal of Wolfram & Hart is to kill Angel so that the firm can continue on its peaceful, evil way to taking over the world but until then, these lawyers will keep things very interesting for Angel Investigations, Inc.

Wolfram & Hart Employees

Lilah Morgan (Stephanie Romanov) Attorney. A core member of the team working to assassinate Angel, she has worked her way up the corporate ladder; some of her past assignments include purchasing Angel’s freedom from the Demon Fight Club ring and making the winning bid at the demon auction for Cordelia’s visionary eyes. She also recruited the telekinetic Bethany Chaulk into the firm’s leagues but once again found herself usurped by Angel; she later joined forces with Lindsey to launch another evil on Angel — Darla.

Lindsey McDonald (Christian Kane) —Attorney. Lindsey was on top of his game until Angel sent his vampire client, Russell Winters for a sunny high-dive out a high-rise office window. Although common practice included demon hit man hiring, witness tampering and many other unethical practices, Lindsey found himself in need of Angel's help when the firm sanctioned the death of young children seers. He soon fell back to his evil ways when a promotion was waved before him. Although it cost him his right hand in battle with Angel, Lindsey succeeded in using the Scrolls of Aberjian to help raise Darla and subsequently fell in love with her. After receiving a hand transplant some time later and realizing Darla would never return his affections, Lindsey grew disillusioned and left the law firm and L.A.

Lindsey made his grand return over two years later as the bedfellow of Eve. Their agenda: to go behind the Senior Partners' back and turn Spike and Angel against each other. The runic tattoos on his body and apartment hid him from the eyes of the Senior Partners, as well as any modern form of detection. Working with Cyrk, a member of Wesley's research team, they convinced the two vampires that there was a Cup of Perpetual Torment, and the one who drank from it would be the true heir to the Shanshu prophecy. Spike won the fight, and even though the cup was a fake, he began to believe there was a larger purpose for him.

One night at a strip club Lindsey approached Spike, calling himself Doyle and claiming to have visions of people in help. He explained that not only did he bring Spike back from the dead, but he made him corporeal as well. As a result, Spike followed Lindsey and began helping the helpless and becoming a "champion." However, Lindsey's rouse could not hold forever. An unforeseen event, Cordelia's awakening, changed the game. When Spike told Angel about Lindsey, Lindsey decided to activate the "failsafe" at Wolfram & Hart that would kill Angel if he ever tried to leave. Angel encountered him at the center of the machine and the two proceeded to have an epic sword fight. Despite Lindsey's fancy new strength and agility, he was still not able to defeat Angel. Beaten and bruised, the spell the rest of the crew had cast to remove his tattoos went in to effect. Immediately a portal opened above Lindsey's head, sucking him away for what appeared to be a reckoning with the Senior Partners.

Holland Manners (Sam Anderson) — Former Vice President of Special Projects, currently deceased. The leader in the resurrection of Darla, Holland’s been both pleased and disappointed with his protégés Lindsey, Lilah, and Lee. He has gone to the limit of forgiving Lindsey in his conspiracy with Angel and Lilah’s failed assignment to hire Faith to kill Angel. Be that as it may, he has zero tolerance when it comes to secret negotiations with the competition, which Lee learned the hard way. Holland’s grisly death at the hands of Darla and Drusilla haven’t stopped him from serving Wolfram & Hart, a contract he tells Angel upon their elevator ride to the “home office” extends well after death.

Lee Mercer (Thomas Burr) — Attorney. While a working cog in the giant wheel of the evil law firm, it was Lee’s idea to hire Faith, the newly arrived rogue slayer to kill Angel. When Holland discovered that Lee had his own agenda outside the firm, he was executed.

Nathan Reed (Gerry Becker) — Special Representative of the Senior Partners. Upon the death of Holland Manners, Nathan assumes the responsibility of grooming up and coming lawyers, Lindsey MacDonald and Lilah Morgan. Cold and calculating, Nathan’s job is to keep Angel alive for the upcoming apocalypse and to make sure he is working for Wolfram & Hart when that time comes.

Gavin Park (Daniel Dae Kim) — Special Projects Division. Transferred from the Real Estate Division of Wolfram & Hart, Gavin insists on fighting Angel his way by burying him in bureaucratic red tape, raising the question if he has a social security number and other forms of identification. He has informed Angel that Wolfram & Hart is interested in purchasing the Hyperion Hotel once its lease is up, and even had it checked for termites (and bugged).

Linwood Murrow (John Rubinstein) — Special Representative of the Senior Partners. Lilah summons Linwood, who is another supervisor in the law firm, upon learning of Darla’s pregnancy. He immediately assumes command of the situation, revealing Wolfram & Hart’s plan to dissect both Darla and the baby, and is not shy to make Lilah the scapegoat for the Senior Partners if they fail.

Dr. Fetvanovich (John Durbin) — A specialist in paranormal obstetrics from the Wolfram and Hart satellite office in the Balkans. He walked with an odd scuttle due to his chicken like feet. W&H hired him to extract the baby from Darla’s womb. He was killed by Holtz in Angel’s hotel as he waited to obtain Darla.

Cyril (Matt Casper) — The mailboy for Wolfram and Hart. He has openly voiced his alliance with Gavin rather than Lilah. He apparently has some hidden agenda with Tarfall the Underlord of Pain.

Gwen (Stephanie Courtney) – Secretary who is Wolfram & Hart’s files and records. She has an incredible memory that apparently contains the entire database and can recall any detail on demand, during which her eyes flicker rapidly, suggesting she may not be human.

Sirk (Michael Halsey) - British Ex Watcher, Sirk seemed to have left the Watchers Council with certain books belonging to them. Now playing for the other side he was used to lure Wesley into WolfRam & Hart with the extensive libraries and information held by them.

Preston (Jason Winer) - Entertainments division, Wolfram & Hart. Guide for Lorne around the W&H set up.

Knox (Jonathan M. Woodward) - The star of the Science division of Wolfram & Hart. Knox seemed to have a common ground with Fred as a scientist with the firm's multimillion lab at his disposal.
