Authors Notes 2: I wrote this while I was on a sugar high.....You were warned.

"And what the hell was with that Cheese Guy?" Xander asked Willow as the two were walking toward their houses. They had been telling each other about the dreams they just had, and the topic of the strange man with the cheese had come up.

"I have no clue," Willow said, and it was true. No one knew what was up with the Cheese guy. Even the viewers, who were far away in an alternate reality, didn't know who or what or where the Cheese Guy had come from.

"Do you think that had some significance with the first Slayer?" she asked Xander.

He shrugged. "I don't know, Will. All I wanna do is go home and get some real sleep."

"Xander, Look!" Willow exclaimed, and pointed to the scene on the street that was unfolding before them.

Riley was on the ground, getting a double beating as the two figures beat him with various objects.

Willow and Xander ran toward the scene, not thinking of what they could do to stop it.

Willow and Xander both gasped as they saw what was happening. One of the figures was beating Riley with a briefcase. The other was punching him.

"Angel!" Willow said as she stopped before him.

"Hi, Willow," Angel said sheepishly as he reverted his face back to normal.

"Angel, before I ask what you're doing here, who's that?" Willow asked.

The man looked up as he finally knocked Riley unconscious. "I will do anything to protect the cheese," he said, and picked up his briefcase, which was filled with cheese slices, and walked away.

Xander and Willow looked at each other. "What......?" Willow started. "How..??" Xander began.

Angel shrugged. "I saw him here, beating this guy," he said, pointing to Riley, "and I was about to interfere. That's when I realized he didn't smell human. Then I recognized him as the guy I saw with Buffy on Thanksgiving. And--" he said, looking down, "I guess the demon took over."

Willow patted him on the shoulder. "It's ok. I knew there was something fishy about Riley, anyway," (AN: Get it??? Fishy???? LOL Corny joke made by the author!!) she said.

Xander nodded in agreement. "He was more annoying then you, Dead Boy."

Willow started to lead the two to Buffy's house. And judging by the way Angel was breathing, she guessed everything was going to be just fine between Buffy and him
