Summary: Angel and Buffy look at houses.
Buffy sighed as she dropped the real estate magazine onto the coffee table.
"It's no use, Angel!" Buffy cried. "I've looked in all of these magazines you brought home and none of them have a decent beach house available.
"What exactly do you mean by decent?" Angel asked glancing up from the magazine and eyeing his girlfriend.
Buffy grabbed a magazine and flipped through the pages finally finding the one she wanted. "Look at this!" she whined. She read the section under a black and white picture of a house overlooking the ocean. "Three bedroom beach house, 2 full baths, full kitchen, inground pool and sunroom...."
"What's wrong with that one?" Angel asked moving over next to his girlfriend.
Buffy pointed at the last part of the section. "Needs work!" she exclaimed. "I don't want to buy a house and then have to work on it."
Angel sighed. "Buffy, honey, any house that we buy is going to need work because one room or another is not going to appeal to you."
Buffy frowned. "But I don't want to have to work on a house..."
Angel chuckled and pulled her into his lap. "Let's call the owners and see if we can have a look at the house. Okay?"
"Alright." Buffy agreed, snuggling into his embrace.

The next morning Buffy awoke to Logan's tiny hands pushing into her side.
"Mommy. Mommy. Wake up. Daddy says wake up!"
Buffy groaned and rolled over.
"Mommy we go to a house... a on the beach house. You have to wake up."
Buffy smiled and turned to face her daughter. "Alright, alright I'm getting up!"
Logan squealed and jumped up and down. "Yay! Yay! Daddy I did it!"
Angel came in the room laughing. "Yea you did. It's a miracle sweetie."
"It's a miratal!" Logan exclaimed.
"What is so funny?" Buffy asked.
"I've been trying to get you up for the past half hour. I had to send Logan in finally."
Buffy laughed and climbed out of bed. "Okay I'm up now."

"It's not that bad." Angel noted as they toured the beach house they had seen in the real estate magazine.
"No, I guess it's not." Buffy said, shifting Logan to her other hip. "It does need a little work though."
"Yea, I agree with you there. So what do you say? This one or keep looking?"
"Maybe we should check out a few more. This one is kind of far from home."
Angel nodded and turned to the owners. "We're going to think about it," he said and then shook each of their hands. "We'll get back to you."
The owners nodded and showed the couple and their daughter out.

After looking at four other beach houses Buffy and Angel stopped back at their apartment and handed Logan over to Cordelia.
"She's getting tired." Buffy stated. "Do you think you could feed her lunch then lay her down for a nap?"
Cordelia smiled. "Sure. C'mon munchkin let's go make some lunch."
As Cordelia fed Logan lunch Angel sat down at his desk and booted up the computer.
"What are you doing?" Buffy asked coming around the side of the desk to stand behind him.
"I'm checking the internet to see if I can find some nice houses around here."
"Cool," Buffy said sliding into his lap.
An hour later Angel and Buffy were off to a place about ten minutes away. From the picture on the internet the place appeared to be beautiful and exactly what they were looking for. When they finally arrived Buffy was the first to step out of the car.
"Wow!" She exclaimed taking in her surroundings.
The place was magnificent. The house was huge and sat on a gorgeous beach. There was an inground pool, a pole barn a basketball court and lots and lots of land.
Angel smiled and came up behind his girlfriend. "You like?" He asked kissing her cheek.
"I love!" She replied. "This is even nicer than than the picture showed."
"Can't judge a book by it's cover." A man stated coming up behind the couple. "C'mon I'll show you the inside."
He led them to a set of french doors facing out towards the ocean. They walked in to a large dining area with a kitchen off to the side. Buffy was liking it all ready and Angel could tell from the statement on her face.
Next they went to the living room. It was huge with a large bay window and a spiral staircase in the corner. The man led them to the stairs and they went up.
"There's three bedrooms." The man told them. "A master with a bathroom and a balcony and three average sized rooms."
He showed them the master bedroom first. Buffy was in awe. She walked through the room to the bathroom! "A jacuzzi Angel!" She exclaimed excitedly. "Wow this place is beautiful!"
Angel chuckeled as he pulled his girlfriend into his arms. "I think this is exactly what we're looking for." He told the man. "You wouldn't by any chance have the papers would you?"
The man smiled. "Not here with me but follow me back to my office in town and the house can be yours by this evening."
Buffy squealed in delight. "Angel you're really getting it!?!"
"Of course!" Angel replied. "And there's even extra rooms for when Cordelia and Doyle want to stay."
Buffy grinned. "Wow this is amazing!" ******
