"What do you think?" Buffy spun around, showing off her brand new haircut. She'd chopped at least ten inches of her blonde curls off, and felt liberated with the new 'do. The least Angelus could do was glance at her.

"I think it's fine," was all he mumbled before picking up a piece of charcoal. As he put it to his paper and began drawing himself draining Cordelia dry, Buffy gave up and went into the bedroom. She'd thought it would be a good idea for him to take up sketching full-time at first, but now it was just annoying. Anytime she wanted his attention, he was sketching, or meditating, or feeding. She had wants, needs.

And she was hornier than Britney Spears after an *NSYNC concert.

She was about to give up and go to bed--she had to meet with two Feral demons and Spike--he was a pain in the ass but a wonderful translator--first thing in the evening. Then she had an idea.

Grabbing the phone, Buffy speed-dialed her best friend and waited for her to pick up.

"Hi, it's me," Faith's voice mail started to play. "I'm busy screwing Spike right now so--"

Buffy pressed the emergency code and a minute later, Faith picked up.

"What are we killin', B?" she asked. "'Cause I just rented the DVD of Bad Boys. Peak viewing pleasure."

"Martin or Will?" Buffy asked.

"Will, duh."

"I like him in Enemy of the State," she commented.

"Did you call to play film critic or what?" Faith asked, annoyed.

"Are you busy with Spike?" Buffy countered.

Faith laughed. "Spike's out hiring waitresses for his stupid club. I swear to God, all he does anymore is talk about it. It's Fangs this and Fangs that..."

"Faith," Buffy tried to get her attention. "Wanna go out?"

"Where?"

"Elastica?"

"That is the most retarded name for a club I have ever--"

"Meet you there in ten. Dress slutty." Buffy pressed the disconnect button and made two more quick calls. She'd managed to score them each a loser date, and still had time to get dressed before walking around the block to the new, cover-free dance club.

Buffy slid into her brand-new red leather miniskirt, a present from Angelus the day she moved into his mansion. Paired with the leather corset Faith gave her for her last birthday and her knee-high leather boots, she looked.....

"Like a hooker," she spun around and smiled. "Perfect."

Buffy stalked through the living room like she was a queen. "I'm going out with Faith. See you later."

"Wait." Angelus dropped his charcoal and rushed over to her. "You're *patrolling* in that?"

"I didn't say I was patrolling, I said I was going out."

"Where else would you be going with Faith?"

Buffy smiled indignantly. "Elastica."

"Oh no you don't," Angelus grabbed her arm, but Buffy pulled it free and slapped him.

"I told you never to grab me," she glared daggers. "I'm not your property."

"You are my bit--"

"Your what?" she asked, and suddenly, Angel felt chills go up his spine.

"My lover," he said reluctantly. "But you are *not* leaving my lair looking like that."

"You're right," Buffy smiled. "I'm leaving *my* lair looking like this. Don't wait up!" she blew him a kiss. "Love you."

She stalked out into the courtyard before Angelus could stop her. He watched her go though, and after a minute, he shouted, "What happened to your hair?"

"Nice 'do," Faith commented when she met up with her sister Slayer at the club's entrance. "What's the big?"

"Them," Buffy giggled and pointed to their bumbling dates. Parker and Riley got out of Riley's pickup truck and were talking, even touching hands from time to time as they gestured. Faith burst out laughing.

"They're both gay!" she screamed through laughter. "What's the point?"

"The point is that Spike saw you come out here looking like that, right?"

"Looking like what?" Faith glanced at her backless red top and skintight velvet pants. "I always dress like this."

"My point exactly. By the time Angelus and Spike get here, we'll have those boys right where we want them."

"In an asylum miles away from here?" Faith guessed.

"Just play along," Buffy smiled as the boys approached. "And you take Riley, I've had more than my share of him."

"Hey! I've done Fish Boy already, it's a bore."

"No shit," Buffy mumbled. Then she plastered on her goody-goody smile for the boys and waved. "Hi guys. We're glad you could make it on such short notice, aren't we, Faith?"

"No."

Buffy kicked her in the ankle, right where she knew the girl had a bruise from Slaying the night before.

"I'm overjoyed," she added, rolling her eyes and promising herself to get Buffy back for this. "Shall we go in?"

Buffy took Parker's arm immediately, so Faith reluctantly took Riley's and they entered Elastica.

The club was full of sweaty, dancing bodies as usually. The bar was over crowded, so Faith sent the boys to get them drinks while Buffy went to the DJ to request a song.

"It'll be at least an hour before I can get it on," he shouted over the Eminem track playing.

"That's okay, as long as you play it."

"Sure thing."

Buffy slid a fifty dollar bill into his shirt pocket. "I knew you'd be agreeable."

By the time Buffy returned to her "date", the guys had already gotten the drinks and Faith had stolen a table from some high schoolers with fake IDs.

"Would you like to dance?" Riley asked Faith, offering her his arm as though they were gonna square dance.

Buffy shook her head and Faith let out a relieved breath. "No. Not yet."

Riley frowned, but sat down and began nursing his skim milk anyway.

"Get me another drink," Buffy said sweetly, pressing her glass into Parker's chest.

"Me too." Faith downed the rest of her beer as though it were a shot and handed Riley the glass.

"You really shouldn't have anymore if you were driving," he advised.

"Get me the damn drink," she glared and he ran off, scared.

"God, B, how did you stand him for so long?" Faith asked, shaking her head.

"It's a mystery, even to me. I'm just thankful I'm rid of him now."

"I still think we could kill him. It's not like anyone would even notice, except maybe his boyfriend."

Buffy was going to argue that she thought he was single when the guys showed up again with their drinks.

"But this is it," Riley said as he handed Faith her beer. "I'm cutting you off at two."

"Sod off," she remarked before taking a long drink.

Buffy hopped off her stool when she heard the song she'd requested begin to play. She grabbed Parker's hand and pulled him towards the floor.

"Buffy," he began.

"We're dancing," was all she said before she started pressing her body against his. Faith grabbed Riley by the lapels of his stupid-looking Izod shirt and began dancing, pretending he was Spike.

//Jack Knight and Dakoda House
All we wanna do is make you bounce
Monifah, would you turn me out?
Show me what your thing is all about

Do you really wanna touch it
Do you really wanna mess with me tonight
Oh, and if you know how I like it
Would you call my name and give it to me right\\

"Oh my," Riley said. "This song isn't appropriate in mixed company at all."

"I know you're underage, but we'll make an exception," Faith remarked before wrapping a leg around his hips and grinding her body against his.

//Could you just put that thing on me
So I can just freak on you
And you could just freak on me
And I'm gon' give it to you all night long
I'mma show your body what your lips are doing wrong
Ooh

Do you really wanna touch it
Do you really wanna f**k with me tonight
Oh, and if you know how I like it
Would you call my name and give it to me right

So love just feels so good to me
Could you just move it on up cuz I want ecstasy
And I'mma give it to ya all night long
I'mma show your body what your tongue's doing wrong
Ooh

Give it to me give it to me call my name
This boy's shyness got me wet like crazy
I want it more and more
When you call my name and spank me
Ooh

Yeah, yeah, yeah
Jack Knight and Dakoda House
All we wanna do is make you bounce
Monifah, would you turn me out?
Show me what your thing is all about

Touch it
Touch me
Love me
Suck me
Give me
F**k me

Do you really wanna touch it
Do you really wanna f**k with me tonight
Oh, and if you know how I like it
Would you call my name and give it to me right\\

The song was barely ending when Buffy heard the screaming.

Angelus and Spike, both vamped out, were pushing anyone necessary out of their way. The music was cut off abruptly, and people were running every which way to escape the vamps.

"Now just relax," Riley said, trying to be manly. "I'll handle this."

"Oh, just go home to your john," Spike said, shaking his head. "He isn't even worth it," he told Angelus.

"They both are. They're both dead."

"Are you gonna let him hurt us?" Parker looked scared to death.

"Sorry, Parker," she shrugged. "Never cross a Slayer. It's in the rule book."

"But--"

He didn't get to finish that sentence. Angelus dove at him like a wild animal. When he finished, he stood up, wiped his mouth with a napkin and sighed.

"I was really hungry," he commented. "That hit the spot."

Riley was stuttering now, completely unable to form whole words, let alone a sentence. Spike picked up a chair and hit him over the head with it, knocking him unconscious.

"Is that all your gonna do to defend my honor?" Faith demanded.

"He isn't worth it, love," he said, wrapping an arm around her. "I'm sorry I haven't been around much."

"How sorry?"

"Sorry enough to take you shopping."

"Right now?" she asked.

"Right now," he relented.

"Cool. I could use some new leather. See ya, B."

"Pick me up something pretty!" Buffy called as they left. She met Angelus's yellow eyes and shook her head, then headed for the club's exit.

"Buffy, baby, wait," Angelus hurried in front of her and got down on his knees, pleading. "Baby, don't be mad. I did it for you."

"You killed Parker for me?" she asked. "Come on. Like you said, you were hungry."

"Buffy, please. I wouldn't have killed him, it's just that I was so jealous."

"You promised me you wouldn't drink from anyone but me from now on," she refused to meet his eyes. "You lied to me, and I'm not sure that's something I can just forget."

"Buffy, sweetheart, don't say things like that. Come on. You and I both know I did this to keep you from leaving me. I couldn't bear it if you left me."

Buffy knew this was true, and the only reason she'd gone out with Parker in the first place was to make Angelus raving mad. It had worked, in spades, but she still hadn't gotten the one thing she truly wanted. She waited what felt like hours until she finally heard the words she needed to feel content in their relationship.

"Your haircut," Angelus said, "Looks beautiful."

Buffy smiled. "Okay, I forgive you. Let's go home."

Angelus waited on the floor to see what Buffy would do.

"Aren't you going to carry me?" she asked.

Angelus instantly obliged. Buffy smiled on the walk home. She liked being the boss in their relationship.
