"Where is Buffy, anyway?" Willow asked after a while.
"I dunno. In her room, I guess." Dawn mumbled.
"Wasn't Dead Boy supposed to come around this week?"
"Dunno"
The three of them sat in the kitchen of the Summers' home- cooking!
"Well, then I'm gonna look!" Xander suggested.
"You only want to escape from the cooking!" Willow grinned.
"Exactly!" And with that he hopped up the stairs, rushed through Buffy's door and got hit by a pillow.
"Oh God, Xander, sorry!" Buffy laughed, standing in the middle of the room in nothing but one of Angel's large shirts.
Angel himself lay naked in her bed, only covered by the pink blankets.
"Well, nice greeting." Xander said blushing. "We're downstairs and making spaghetti, so, um. if you want some, we're.um.downstairs!" He stammered, rushing out of the room.
Buffy burst out laughing, picked up the pillow and throw it at her fiancé.
"HEY!" He exclaimed grinning and throw another back at her.
Buffy jumped upon him and kissed him gently. "Spaghetti?" She asked sweetly.
"Later" He smirked.
*~*~*
"Angel's here." Xander mumbled when he entered the kitchen.
"Huh?" Dawn asked.
"I, sort of, well, walked in while they, um, you know-"
Willow burst out laughing. "Did your Mom ever tell you how to knock?"
"What did he do?" Anya asked anoyed. She, Tara and Spike had just entered the kitchen after hearing Willow laughing this hysterically.
"He walked in on Buffy and Angel." Dawn explained dryly.
"The Poof's here, already?" Spike asked, sitting on the counter while Tara was occupied in turning a deep red.
"So that's what we heared!" Anya said. "They're loud!"
All eyes turned to her.
"What? Go into the living room! They ARE loud!"
Dawn just giggled at that.
"How can a fourteen-year-old be so cool with that?" Willow asked surprised.
"Oh, Come on." Dawn said. "Angel's human for more then a year by now. That's *so* normal in this house! Ask Cordy, Wes and Gunn. They have the same problem."
"What problem?" Asked a now dressed Angel, standing in the doorway.
"Your sex life!" Spike answered grinning.
"Well, at least I have one!" Angel smirked, leaning against the doorframe.
"HEY, I ALSO HAVE A SEX LIFE!" Spike yelped at his grand-sire.
"Yes, of course!" Angel grinned ironically, pulling a just entered Buffy into his arms.
"You guys said something about spaghetti?" Buffy asked hopefully.
"Yup" Willow smiled. "Set the table!"
*~*~*
"No, Wes Craven's Dracula is cool!" Buffy protested.
"Apocalypse Now is better!"
"NO!"
"You're both wrong!" Anya interrupted. "American Pie is the best!"
"Noooooooooooo, Romeo & Juliet!" Willow chirped brightly.
"Oh god, Come on Red. The Scream Triology it is!" Spike yelped.
"Well, that's typical for you!" Angel huffed.
"What?" Spike huffed back. "One murder, then the next and the next. I'm the BIG BAD! I'm supposed to like those films!"
"I-I think the Sixth Sense and A.I. are really good movies." Tara said.
Dawn shook her head. "God, you're all insane! Clueless is the VERY best movie there is!"
"Well, I also like Wes Craven's Dracula." Angel admitted.
Buffy grinned and kissed him sweetly. "Good boy!"
"That's amazing!" Dawn commented.
"What's amazing?" Buffy glared at her little sister.
"You're even more disgusting than usual!" Dawnie smirked.
"No they're not! I think they're very cute!" Anya smiled.
"I quite agree!" Buffy said grinning, playing with her lover's fingers over the table.
"Geeze, you *really* are more disgusting than usual!" Xander said, shaking his head in disbelieve.
"Well, that may come from the fact that we're engaged now!" Buffy said smiling at her fiancé.
Dawn grinned from ear to ear and Willow, Tara and Anya cheered surprised while Spike choked on his spaghetti.
"That's *so* cool! You're gonna be my brother, Angel!" Dawn said grinning.
"Cordy's gonna flip!" Xander remarked.
Angel chuckled lightly. "Yes, Cordy flipped."
"What? You two told her before you told me?" Willow whimpered.
"She only knows, because she picked out the ring with me!" Angel tried to comfort her.
"Ooooh, lemme see!" Anya chirped.
Buffy showed the others her left hand. She wore a silver claddagh on her ring finger. The heart was a diamond and the crown was gold.
"My this ring's amazing!" Dawn commented.
"Wait, wait, wait. Where will you live? I mean- Angel's needed in L.A. and Buff, you're needed on the hellmouth. There's one hour between!" Xander said.
"Exactly! That's why we have the perfect place." Buffy explained. "Angel owns a house in a small village around L.A., it's reachable from both Sunnydale and Los Angeles is half an hour. This way you guys can always reach us when the world comes to end, again!"
"Good, ok, I guess we can live with that. When?" Willow asked.
"We don't know, yet. Sometime after the Glory and Darla stuff." Angel answered. "When the bad guys lie low, again and we aren't needed at the front." Angel smiled at Buffy.
"Did you tell Mom and Giles?" Dawn wanted to know.
"I asked your Mom for permission before I proposed and we called Giles right after." Angel shrugged. "Well, not *right* after."
Buffy giggled and Willow moved forward to hug her best friend. "I'm happy for you. I really am. You deserve happiness!"
