Summary: A surprising miracle comes to Buffy, Angel, and Liam

Author's Notes: I am starting to write my stories before I put them on here so I have the next couple stories written for this series. 6th in T&T series
Feedback: Please and not just short little one liners that say keep going I love your story. Constructive critisism please. I would love to have some ideas.

Buffy couldn't stand watching her son wither away in the NICU. She and Angel were there whenever they could. The doctor had said that there was no way Liam could ever wake up and was slowly dying.

"Angel, our baby is going to die and there is nothing we can do about it!"

Buffy began crying again for the millionth time in three months.

"I know, baby, I know. For centuries, I never thought I would have children and when you told me you were pregnant, well, there were no words to describe how happy I was. I didn't know it would hurt so much to see my son die."

Currently, the couple were in the waiting room while their child died. They had said their good-byes to Liam and were for the doctor to come out. They were crying silently when the doctor came out, a dazed expression on his face.

They looked up at him, curious.

"Angel, Buffy, your son is alive."

"H-how? Dr. Green said that there was no way he would live if he never became conscious again."

"We honestly don't know how or why he is alive. But he's awake and shows no signs of having cerebral palsy."

Buffy and Angel hugged each other tightly, and cried, this time because their son would be all right. He would be able to hear and talk and got to school. The doctor allowed them to see and hold their son, who was laughing and smiling when he saw his parents. It was as if he had never been ill and in a coma for three months. It was as if he hadn't almost died. As the young family hugged, Buffy and Angel heard a voice softly speak in their heads:

"Be happy our warriors, be happy."
