They were only allowed into see Buffy three at a time, so Angel, Willow and Cordy went in there first.

"Hi" Buffy greeted them, sleepily.

"Hey" Angel said, kissing her softly. "How are you feeling?"

"Tired and as though I've been ripped in half" Buffy answered.

Hearing that description Cordy whispered to Willow, "Remind me never to have kids".

"So did you see them yet?" Buffy asked them, wanting to know what they thought of her children.

"Yeah, they are so adorable" Willow said, praisingly. Even though she was still having trouble believing Buffy and Angel were really parents.

"They look cute and you'll be happy to know, neither looks anything like your mother" Cordy blurted out.

Angel seeing Buffy's expression change said, "Times up. Send in the next bunch".

Willow dragged Cordy from the room and sent in Wes and Doyle, who only stayed as long as they could without seeming rude and then escaping.

The final two entrants were Xander and Giles. Giles was looking particularly serious.

'What's up?" Buffy managed to say, even though she wanted to go to sleep.

"The prophecy" Giles said, immediately.

"We remember" Angel replied, "What about it?"

"Well, it's the prophecy of the ultimate slayer. The one girl who will save the world from the forces of darkness, defeating evil" Giles told, forbodingly.

"You mean our daughter..." Buffy began, trying not to panic.

"No, your grandaughter" Giles told them. "She will be born of the union between your daughter and Xander's son".

"No way, G-man. Read that prophecy again, you've gotta be wrong" Xander said, un-nerved at the thought of being linked genetically to Deadboy.

At the same time, Angel said "Not on your life is Xander's brat getting within 20 feet of my little girl".

Giles decided that it was a good time to leave and let them absorb that information, before they killed him. As he left he said, "It's prophecy, you can't fight it or the world is doomed".

Xander followed Giles out, he was muttering something about just his luck to end up being related to his nemesis.

Angel was also way upset but he decided Buffy had been through enough and didn't burden her with it. He stayed until she fell asleep and then headed back to the apartment.

As soon as night fell again, Angel headed back to the hospital. When he entered the room he saw all the gifts that the gang had brought Buffy and the kids, but what really warmed his heart was Buffy playing with the daughter, at least he assumed it was their daughter since it was rugged up in a pink blanket.

"Merry Christmas" he said, as he kissed her hello.

"Right back at ya" Buffy said, kissing him back.

They both turned their attention to the bundle in Buffy's lap, and she said "We need names?"

"In a sec. I wanted to give you this first" Angel said, handing Buffy the present, then picking up his daughter for the first time.

She opened it and found a charm bracelet. "There's a charm there representing every major event in our life together" Angel told her.

"I love it" she replied, tearfully,"I didn't get you anything special like this".

"Yes you did. I got you and our children, that's more than I'd ever hoped for" Angel told her.

"Speaking of children..." Buffy trailed off, breaking the moment.

"I know, they need names" Angel finished for her. "Buffy" he said, a second later "I was...thinking we could...I mean..."

"Just spit it out" she told him.

"Maybewecouldnamehimaftermygrandfather" Angel rushed.

"Your grandfather?" Buffy asked. When Angel nodded, she said "What was his name?"

"Patrick".

"Okay, we are now the proud parents of a son named Patrick Henry McKellen" Buffy said.

"Henry?" Angel asked.

"After my dad, Hank = Henry" Buffy replied.

"I think it sounds good" Angel told her.

"Meaning if I'd suggested we call him Forney or Abner, you'd have freaked" Buffy said, trying not to laugh.

"Pretty much" Angel replied, also smiling. "How about girls names?"

"Well I don't know, we never really discussed them" Buffy reminded him.

"Kathryn?" Angel suggested.

"Sounds a little close to Kate" Buffy replied.

"Darlene?"

"Does the name Darla ring a bell?" Buffy said, sarcastically.

Angel gave up. He decided to suggest a name he thought Buffy would hate, "How about Keevy?"

Buffy thought about it for a second, "I like it? Where'd you hear it?" she asked.

"You do and Cordy mentioned it a couple of months ago" Angel replied, shocked.

"We still need a middle name?" Buffy said, a moment later.

"Willow?" Angel said.

"Keevy Willow, it kinda sounds like a type of tree" Buffy replied. "How about Cordelia?"

"Keevy Cordelia, actually that's not bad" Angel commented.

Looking down at his sleeping daughter he said, "She's gonna kill us for this name later on".

"I think we can take her" Buffy told him, as she gave him a quick kiss.

Angel stayed with them until visiting hours were over and then headed back to the office.

When he arrived he found everyone there waiting around. "What are you guys doing? Shouldn't you be working?" Angel asked, wondering why he was paying them.

"We want to hear about the babies" Cordy told him.

"You mean you want to know if we've named them?" Angel asked.

They all nodded and Angel said, "Patrick Henry and Keevy Cordelia".

"Yes" Cordy yelled, "My name was mentioned".

"So Buffy and I want Doyle and Cordy as the godparents for Keevy and Willow and Oz for Patrick" Angel said, then turned to Wes, "And we'd like you to be their honorary uncle".

"Really? I'm flattered" Wesley replied, honestly.

A little while later Angel sent them all home, since it was a slow night. He walked down to the apartment and realised how lonely the place was without Buffy, however he went to bed with the knowledge that Buffy and the kids would be here with him soon.
