Part 1

A light snow fell in Sunnydale. It was the first time it had snowed since Christmas 1998, the time when the First Evil haunted Angel and he had nearly killed himself. But that would never happen again. He was human, and with Buffy, and happy.

He and Buffy were at the Christmas tree lot, picking out a tree for the mansion. They had moved in there in July, after they had stopped the end of the world from taking place. They were engaged to be married in the spring, and Buffy was expecting a baby in June. They couldn't be happier.

"How about this one?" inquired Angel, gesturing to a tree that seemed to him to be a nice one. Buffy shook her head. "No, it's too small, and it's not really very bushy."

"Buffy, it's a tree. It doesn't have to be perfect."

"Yes, it does! It's your first Christmas as a human and our first Christmas where we are really, truly together. Everything's got to be perfect."

Angel smiled. "Whatever you say."

"Anyway, I think that one looks good." She gestured to a tree that was a bit taller than Angel himself, and was very green and bushy.

"It seems kind of.... on the large side, don't you think?"

"No! It's perfect!" insisted Buffy.

"Well then, you'll have it," said Angel, giving her a quick kiss.

"Ok, now we have to buy decorations!"

So after Angel had managed to load the tree onto the car, they drove to the mall. They bought lights for the mansion and for the tree, ornaments, and some CDs of Christmas music. Then they headed home.

Part 2

Xander, Anya, Willow, Oz, Cordelia, and Doyle were sharing a spacious three-bedroom apartment. But at times it seemed like a nightmare that couldn't possibly work out.

This Saturday was one of them.

"Can someone please turn down the Christmas music?" screeched Cordelia.

"I'm trying to concentrate on doing my hair!"

"Calm down, princess," said Doyle soothingly.

"I like the Christmas music," said Anya. "Xander bought me the CD. It gets me in the mood."

"You are so gross!" exclaimed Cordelia. "Xander, I can't believe you went from me to her!"

"And remember the Jewish person here, who doesn't celebrate Christmas!" added Willow.

"I thought you were a witch!" Cordelia threw back.

"I can be both. Can't I, Oz?"

"You can be whatever way you want, and I'll love you," said Oz, putting an arm around Willow.

"I have got to get my own place!" muttered Cordelia angrily. "I'm sick of listening to Xander and Anya making out, Willow doing her weird chanting, Xander's HORRIBLE CDs, and EVERYTHING!"

Doyle put an arm around her in an effort to pacify her. She leaned her head on his shoulder, feeling better for a few moments. Then she screeched,

"My hairdo! It's getting ruined!"

Thus ending the few moments of peace.

Part 3

Wesley picked up the phone hesitantly. He wanted to call his girlfriend, the charming recent graduate of Oxford he had met at the beach in July. But he was quite nervous at the thought.

Her name was Lucinda Stewart, but she said everyone called her Lucy. She was twenty-two, soon to be twenty-three. She had originally only been visiting California, but had decided to move there and get a job. Wesley hoped he had been part of the reason.

Wesley had taken a job teaching a demonic mythology course at UC Sunnydale. His knowledge from being a watcher had come in quite useful.Wesley finally got to the dial Lucinda's number. A bright cheerful voice answered the phone. "Lucy here."

"Eh, Lucinda, it's me. Wesley."

"Oh, hey Wesley! And you can call me Lucy, remember? It's America, lighten up!"

"Ah, yes, Lucy. I wondered if I might entice you to join me for dinner tonight. Perhaps we could go to a fine restaurant?"

Lucy giggled. "It's California. Let's go someplace fun, not stuffy! How about we grab dinner at Pizzeria Uno, and then go to a movie? There's a new comedy that sounds good. And maybe we could grab a drink afterwards."

"Ah, yes, that would be quite lovely. I could pick you up at your place at, say, five-thirty?"

"Yeah, that would be great!" said Lucy perkily.

"Good, then. See you tonight."

"Bye, Wes!"

Wesley hung up the phone. Thank God that had gone well.

Part 4

Deep within the fiery pits of hell, a group of demons stirred. They gathered together, talking. Planning. They resented being banished here, to eternal torment, a torment barely bearable even to their kind.

One of the strongest was a demon know as Calika. He had terrorized the Earth and its inhabitants for many millennia before being banished here when that pesky slayer and her friends defeated Evrojen, the source of their life, their essence, their prescence on Earth. Evrojen was gone forever, now, and the barrier between this world and Earth was sealed. Supposedly forever. But Calika had other plans.

"Pool your energies together and give them to me, brothers," he intoned in his powerful voice. "I will cross the barrier. I will reopen it again to our kind. We will reign on Earth, and bring hell to the humans. And most especially the slayer," he said, speaking the world slayer as if it were a curse.

The demons had no other choice, so they trusted Calika. They gave him their power, and he managed to cross over, using every bit of his borrowed energy to make the crossing, and then some..

Calika stood in the wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountains. He would kill the slayer, punish her for destroying Evrojen. He would kill her friends, as well. And then he would bring hell to every living being in this dimension.

He cackled evilly and set off for Sunnydale. He would rest a bit, regain energy. And then he would make his move.

Part 5

"I think you should get a job."

Those seven words made Spike turn away from his breakfast to look at Faith as if she was crazy.

"Yeah, I know. There are perks to our relationship. I love you, you love me. I think you're hot, you think I'm hot. We both think the sex is great," she said that with a gleam in her eyes, "and we have a place of our own."

"So, what does that have to do with me getting a job?"

"Well, the 'place of our own' I mentioned is a complete dump. There's not hot water, the air conditioning and heat hardly ever work, and the TV reception is lousy. Not to mention the bugs and the broken plumbing."

"Well, it's the best I can do, love. Rent's gone up," Spike protested feebly. This was one of those times being human sucked beyond anything imaginable.

"If you get a job, we can get a decent place, like I had when I worked for themayor."

"Ah, yes, the mayor! And what a fine guy he was. Besides, I can't work. I don't have experience."

Faith place the paper on the table in front of him. "I looked through the classifieds and circled all the jobs that require little or no experience."

Spike scanned the classifieds. "Gift wrapper? Christmas tree salesman? Mall Santa? Bloody hell!"

"Well, no one would recognize you in the suit...."

"This is ridiculous. I am not being a mall Santa!"

"Well.... I'm not expecting you to. But how about this one?"

"Bookstore?" Spike scowled.

"All you have to do is ring stuff up. And it's at the mall. That's where I'm working."

"And what's your job, love?"

"Uh... well.... I'm one of Santa's helpers."

Spike stared at her, open-mouthed.

Part 6

Angel stood on his tip-toes, trying to reach the top of the tree so he could place the angel there. Buffy stood by, giggling at his efforts. "You're never gonna get it up there. Just go up to the attic and get the stepladder."

Angel turned to Buffy. "Hey, I have an idea." He handed her the angel. "Hold this."

Buffy took the angel in her hand. "What's the idea?"

"This is." Angel grabbed Buffy around the waist and lifted her up, carrying her over to the tree.

"Hey! Put me down!" she said, giggling.

"Well, you're up there, you may as well put the angel on top," he said with a smile.

Buffy grinned to herself and placed the angel on top of the tree. "Ok, are you gonna put me down now?"

"But I like holding you like this," he protested. But he put her down.

Buffy flopped down on the couch. Angel sat next to her and put his arms around her, and she cuddled against him.

"It's just so nice, doing normal stuff like this. That's why the tree was so important, and the decorations, and..." Angel interrupted Buffy by giving her a long, passionate kiss that she returned. He began to unbutton her clothes, and she his.

Buffy wondered what she had done to deserve such happiness. When Angel first became human, it had seemed almost unreal, like a dream. But here they were, five months later, and it was still lasting. No use thinking. Just enjoy yourself, said a little voice in her head. And she let herself just lose herself in him. And as she lay in his arms afterward, she thought of how she had been given the most precious gift she could ever ask for.

Part 7

The next day, Willow and Oz strolled through the mall. Xander, Anya, Cordelia, and Doyle were there as well, but had gone off to some other stores. Willow and Oz sat down on a bench to rest. Oz put his arm around Willow.

"D'you think everyone'll like what I got them?"

"I'm sure they will," said Oz.

"Maybe they'll think what I got was silly..... I mean.... it's all little stuff."

"The thought's what counts."

"Not to Cordelia," Willow said with a little giggle. "Well, I got her a designer top. Calven Klein. She doesn't have to know it was on sale. And I got Xander a CD and a video, and Anya some romance paperbacks. For some odd reason, she likes them. I didn't really know what to get Doyle, so I got him a gift certificate to the bookstore. And Buffy and Angel... well, I wanted to get them something special. But I don't know what," she said with a sigh.

"You'll thing of something," said Oz.

Willow smiled. "Yeah, I will.

Part 8

"I don't really see why we have to buy all these presents for everyone. I mean, we have little enough money as it is!" complained Anya with a scowl.

"It's what friends do, Anya. Will you ever learn?" asked Xander.

"Well..... can't we give them cheaper presents?"

"No Anya, people give their friends nice presents. Now let's go find something for Willow in the bookstore." Xander and Anya walked into the bookstore.

"So, what should we get Willow?" said Anya with a scowl.

"Um.... spell book?"

"She has enough of those."

"Well maybe something computer-y."

"How about this, designing stellar webpages? It's only $14.95."

"Ok," said Xander. "That seems good enough." The two went to pay for the book and were shocked by the site of their clerk, none other than Spike.

Anya giggled. "So, you can't be evil anymore, you work at a store?"

"Shut up," muttered Spike with a scowl. He snatched the book and scanned it.

"That comes to $15.81."

"But the book was only $14.95! You're trying to cheat us, you evil fiend!" exclaimed Anya.

"There's tax, you ninny," replied Spike.

Xander shoved sixteen bucks at Spike. "Keep the change." He grabbed the book and dragged Anya out of the bookstore, ignoring her protests.

Part 9

"I was just thinking," Buffy said to Angel as they cuddled on the couch that evening sipping hot chocolate.

"Yeah?" he murmered, turning to look at her.

"Well, we have all this space in the house, and I thought maybe we could have a party and invite everyone here. You know, for Christmas."

"That sounds nice. How about we make it on Christmas Eve, and maybe everyone could stay over? We have all these rooms."

"That would be good. We could have food, and music, and everything. It would be a nice, normal, demon-less holiday. And we better get used to those," Buffy replied with a grin.

The phone rang and Willow grabbed it. "Hello, Willow speaking."

"Hey, it's me."

"Oh, hey Buffy," replied Willow. "So what's new?"

"Well, Angel and I are having a party on Christmas Eve. You can all stay over the night here at the mansion. There's gonna be food and everything. So could you spread the word to everyone?"

"Yeah, it's just me right now, but I'll let the others know when they get back. Oz is at practice, Anya and Xander went to the Bronze, and I think Cordelia dragged Doyle to a movie. But I'll tell them."

"Thanks, Will."

"Sure, anytime. Bye," replied Willow, then hung up the phone. She mumbled to herself, "Why's it always Christmas parties???"

Part 10

It was Faith's second day working as a Santa's Helper, and she hated every single minute of it.

The costume, for starters. It was a green felt elf costume that require her to wear a REALLY dorky hat. And of course, her boss, this middle-aged lady who insisted that Faith could call her Karen, kept going on about how adorable Faith looked in that outfit.

She was eighteen, almost nineteen. She didn't want to look adorable. She felttempted to tell Karen she was an ex-convict. But she decided not to. And then there was all the kids. Mental note to self, she thought. No kids for aLONG time. Faith was supposed to be nice to the kids who were waiting to have their pictures taken with Santa, and it was wearing her thin. Finally, she asked the girl manningthe cash register, a perky eleventh-grader name Lillie, if they could change places.

"Oh, sure, Fay! I just love kids."

"Faith, it's Faith."

"Oooh, sorry!"

In any case, Faith took the cash register. Soon a woman came up.

"My kids just had their pictures taken with Santa. There's four of them."

"Four pictures?" inquired Faith.

"Oh, no dearies. Four sets of pictures, one for each child, and then a fourth with all of them together."

"Oh, yes, ma'am. What's your last name so I can find the pictures?" asked Faith with forced politeness.

"Brooke."

"Uh.... I don't see any Brooke."

"No, LeBrooke."

"Oh..... uh.... here." Faith pulled out a large stack of photos. "Now which of these shots would you like to purchase?"

"Oh, I'd like all of them."

Faith rang the purchase up. "That comes to $75.81."

The lady handed her an American Express card.

"I'm sorry, the only credit cards we accept are Visa and MasterCard."

The lady gave her another card. Faith sighed in frustration. This job would never end.

Part 11

In the middle of the night, in the pitch black darkness, Calika stood in front of the "Welcome to Sunnydale" sign. He was filled with power just waiting to come out. Testing his strength, he punched his fist into the sign, which promptly fell apart.

"Ah, yes," he murmured. "The power fills me."

Confident of his strength, he marched into the town. He would seek out the Slayer.

And he would kill her.

But first, he would make her watch as he killed her friends.

Part 12

Anya cursed. "I need more wrapping paper!" she screeched.

"Calm down," said Xander. He tossed her a roll of paper with little Christmas wreaths on it.

Anya took the paper and attempted to wrap the large cardboard box sitting on the table in front of her. It came out sloppy, but she managed.

"What is that, anyway?" asked Willow curiously.

"It's furniture, for Buffy and Angel's house," replied Anya.

Willow frowned at the box. It was a good size, but not nearly big enough for any type of furniture.

"I... I'm not saying you're lying, Anya. But how did you fit furniture in there?" inquired Willow.

"I'm saying you are lying, just for the record," added in Cordelia.

"It's a neon-orange inflatable love seat for two. It was on sale for $24.99 at K-Mart," said Anya.

Cordelia made a face.

Willow was silent for a moment. "Uh... that's very nice. Compact. It can be stored quite easily." And Buffy and Angel will definitley want to store that, she added in her head.

"It even comes with two purple inflatable pillows. It's quite nice."

"God, you have no fashion sense," muttered Cordelia, not bothering to look up from the designer-brand gifts she was busy wrapping in fancy, foiled gold paper. "I got Buffy and Angel Ralph Lauren Home designer towels.

"I still haven't gotten them anything," said Willow with a frown. "I honestly don't know what they would need. But I'll think of something, she added to herself.

Part 13

"Ok, I've wrapped all the presents. Now... on to picking an outfit for the party." Cordelia stood up to walk into her bedroom. Just then, she screamed and clutched her forehead. Doyle put an arm around her to steady her.

"Demon..... coming here...... reopen the Hellmouth..." she mumbled.

"But.... that can't happen," argued Willow. "All the demons were banished from Earth. There just is no way....." her voice trailed off.

Xander groaned. "I guess this means research."

"Which means we'll all have to meet somewhere. Mansion, I guess."

"I'll call everyone," mumbled Willow, running into her room, where there was another phone. First she dialed Giles and explained the situation. He promised to bring some books on demons and barriers to the mansion. Next she called Wesley.

Wesley and Lucy were just walking into his apartment as the phone was ringing.

"Eh.... you can sit down. I'll just get that." Lucy sat down on the couch, and Wesley grabbed the phone. "Yes?"

"Uh... Wesley, it's me. Willow. I have..."

"Listen, I have company over. Could you call back at another time, perhaps?" Wesley darted a nervous glance at Lucy, who appeared to be comfortable enough channel surfing.

"No, I can't, darn it! Cordelia had a vision!"

"A vision?" exclaimed Wesley, forgetting a person with no knowledge of the supernatural was in the room. "But she can't! The Oracles said she would no longer need the power as there was no more demonic life in this dimension. I honestly do not see how she could have had a vision."

"She had one," insisted Willow. "The demon's coming here, and wants to reopen the Hellmouth, and free all the demons."

"The idea of a demon wanting to escape eternal torment in hell is certainly plausible. In my experiances as a Watcher and a Rogue Demon Hunter, I have found demons to be most vile creatures. But still, I know nothing of any demons with the power to cross sealed boundaries between worlds."

"Well.... we're having a research party and Buffy and Angel's place?"

Wesley sighed. "I suppose I will have to cancel my date. Very well then." Wesley hung up the phone to find Lucy staring at him incredously. "Eh....." he was at a loss for words.

"Oh, it's okay. I come from a line of Watchers. I was gonna be one, too. I was gonna be trained, to be the Watcher to one of the Slayers in line.... But then my parents said there was no need any more. And I just accepted that....." her voice trailed off.

"Stewart, though.... I don't believe I know of a Stewart family within the council."

"Well.... it's actually Lucinda Cummingham Stewart. My mother's side, the Cumminghams, is where the Watchers are."

"Ah, yes, Cummingham. Elise Cummingham was a Watcher for a bit until her Slayer was killed. Then she married, and had a family. But her daughter was supposed to become a Watcher eventually. I take it you're the daughter?"

"That I am," said Lucy with a grin.

Part 14

When Wesley arrived at Buffy and Angel's mansion with a date, no one knew what to think.

"Wow, Wesley, you finally got a girl, eh?" asked Faith.

"Er... yes," replied Wesley.

"But...." Willow darted a nervous glance at the girl beside Wesley.

"This is Lucinda Cummingham."

"Eh.... hello, Lucinda," squeaked Willow. Then she shot Wesley a glare.

"Oh, it's quite all right. I know everything!" replied Lucinda cheerfully. "And you can call me Lucy."

"You told her?!?!" exclaimed Cordelia. "She's gonna be traumatized for life! Although she does dress nicely. Calvin Klein?"

Lucy nodded. "And really, it's okay. My parents told me about this stuff. I'm actually in line to be a Watcher. There's even a little girl that would've been my slayer. I met her, once, actually. She lives in London. And I'm really thankful. She can have a normal life, now. She never learned, thankfully."

"Well, the way things are going, there just may be a need for the Slayer stuff to be started up again," replied Buffy.

"A demon escaped from Hell and is attempting to open the Hellmouth and let all his ugly, smelly, slimey friends back on Earth," added Cordelia.

"Well, it's imperative that we stop the demon," replied Wesley.

"We're not as strong as we used to be," said Willow in a worried voice. "I have my powers, and so do Buffy and Faith. But Buffy can't fight, she might hurt the baby. But Angel and Spike don't. That leaves just me and Faith." Oz put an arm around her to comfort her.

"Does this mean we have to cancel the party?" asked Cordelia.

"No, we're still having the party tomorrow. We're gonna have our Christmas fun," said Buffy. "And then we're gonna kill this thing."

Part 15

The tree was lit up. Christmas music was playing. A fire crackled cheerfully in the fireplace, and hot cocoa, egnog, and sweets were set out on the huge dining room table.

"Maybe we should've taken care of the demon first," said Buffy. "Maybe that'smore important. Yeah, it is more important..."

"It can't have done anything yet. Apparently it's spending all it's time trying to open the Hellmouth. Which it won't succeed in just yet," replied Willow firmly. They had researched Calika yesterday and determined it would take the demon at least a week to make any progress, and in that time, he would concentrate his efforts solely on its goal. Itwould be best to wait a couple of days, since Calika would weaken.

"Ok, so let's do the presents now," said Cordelia.

"Buffy and Angel should go first, it's their party," said Willow. Cordelia and Anya scowled.

"Do we really need to watch them open their boring presents?" asked Anya.

"Yes, we do!" exclaimed Willow.

Buffy picked up a box wrapped in gold foil paper. "Mine!" exclaimed Cordelia.

Buffy ripped the paper off and opened the box. Sheets. Kinda impersonal. "Thanks, Cordy. They're pretty." And we don't need them, she added in her head.

Doyle had given them a CD of Irish jigs. He thought it would bring back memories for Angel. Spike gave them a bookstore gift certificate.

"Why?" was Buffy's response.

"I got a big employee discount, you ninny!"

Buffy giggled at Spike's cheapness.

"Oh, and it's from me, too," replied Faith. "The only thing I get a discount on is Santa photos. And elf's hats."

Willow and Oz handed them a small box. Buffy opened it. It was a small bundle of herbs.

"It's... it's a ward of protection... for a child. You hang it over the child's bed.... it protects against illness and injuries and stuff..." Willow said nervously.

Buffy smiled. "That's so sweet of you, Willow. It's the perfect thing. Nothing could be better." She set the box on the table. When her baby was born, she would hang this above the crib.

"Ours now!" said Anya. Xander elbowed her.

Buffy ripped the paper off the large box.

It was a neon-orange inflatable love seat.

With inflatable pillows that clashed hideously.

"It's.... unusual," said Buffy, trying to keep a straight face. Angel smirked.

"We can put it in the baby's room. It's cheerful," said Angel, trying to think if it would be mean of them to give the chair to their child.

"Have you picked a name yet?" asked Willow.

"Liam if it's a boy, Kathy for a girl."

There was one more present for Buffy and Angel. They opened the box carefully, as Lucy cautioned her it was breakable. It was a vase.

"It's an antique... British, 19th century."

"It's lovely," replied Buffy.

"Hmm... I used to see a lot of these things around. I was in London when this style was popular," said Angel. "In fact, that one looks exactly like one I had...."

Lucy shot Angel a weird look.

"Uh, never mind," said Angel.

"Angel used to be a vampire, but his soul was restored and he earned his humanity preventing the end of the world."

Lucy nodded. "I've heard stranger things.... I think I can believe that..."

"Inflate the love seat!" interupted Anya, changing the subject.

Sighing, Buffy took out the chair and the pump. Angel took them and inflated the chair. Then he set the large chair down on the floor.

"It's..... it's a very cheerful chair..." said Buffy, at a loss for words to describe the hideous thing.

"It's not a chair, it's a love seat. For two, you know."

"I really don't think that thing could seat two people, do you, Angel?"

"Well, you could always sit on my lap," he replied with a grin.

Cordelia made a disgusted face. "Do you two EVER quit?"

"No," replied Buffy, grinning.

"It was a rhetorical question!"

Angel put an arm around Buffy. She snuggled close to him.

"Xander, can we go have sex now?" asked Anya, tugging on Xander's sleave.

"No, Anya, we've been invited here and we have to stay the whole time." Anya pouted. "But I wan..."

She was interupted by the sound of breaking glass. Buffy jumped up and looked toward the glass doors.

A demon stood there.

"Slayer," the demon hissed. "And all your friends."

Buffy sank down the the couch.

Faith jumped up and stood, facing Calika.

"This is going to be a real party," said Calika.

"Yeah, it's gonna be a blast for us. And it's gonna be the last night on Earth you ever see," replied Faith.

"Don't be so sure, little girl. The clock is ticking. At midnight, I can open the hellmouth. Handy things, hellmouths are."

"You're.... you're just one demon," stammered Buffy. She could take this thing if she didn't have to worry for her baby. But she did.

"Oh, but my army's just arriving." Calika gestured into the courtyard.

Around twenty people stood there. Something was funny about them. They had no expressions, and they looked decayed.

"Zombies," murmered Buffy.

"Attack them!" commanded Calika.

The zombies swarmed into the room.

Part 16

The zombies swarmed toward the gang. One headed toward Buffy. There was something familiar about it, in spite of the fact that it was decayed and filthy and...

"Riley?" Buffy exclaimed.

The Riley-zombie showed no recognition. It grabbed Buffy by the throat and started to choke her. Suddenly, the hands fell away. The headless Riley-zombie collapsed.

Angel stood there, holding a sword. He grinned. "I always wanted to kill that guy."

Buffy gave a faint smile. "I'm... I'm ok. Help the others."

Faith was fighting off a few zombies, and Willow was chanting a spell. Xander was whacking a zombie on the head repeatadly with a pillow, just keeping it at bay.

Willow completed her spell. The zombies collapsed, no longer animated.

Calika roared in fury. He stormed toward Buffy. "You, it's all your fault!" he hissed.

Angel look at Buffy and panicked. He ran, but he knew he couldn't get to her in time.

Buffy looked around her for a weapon. Lacking anything else, she grabbed the inflatable chair and threw it at Calika. The blades on his arms and head slashed in open, and somehow his arms and head got stuck inside.

Buffy grinned. "I knew I'd find some use for that chair."

"It's not over yet," said Angel. Taking his sword, he beheaded Calika.

"Now it's over," replied Buffy.

"Yeah, let's party," said Faith.

"We earned it," said Buffy, grinning. "We earned it."

Epilogue - Three months later

Willow wrung her hands nervously, murmuring a blessing to calm and relax Buffy under her breath. Oz put an arm around her.

"Buffy'll be ok," he said quietly.

Cordy sat in another chair, reading a magazine. "Why are we all here?" she mumbled. "The mall has a great sale going on!"

"Buffy's having her baby and we should be here after everything all of us have been through together," said Willow.

"What was that weird chanty stuff you were saying?"

"It's a spell to make Buffy feel calm and relaxed. I thought it might help."

Cordy rolled her eyes. "I'm NEVER having kids."

Doyle looked a little dissapointed. "No kids?"

"Geez, I don't want to have to look after a bunch of brats and cook and clean! I want to be a star! Besides, I look awful pregnant."

Everyone but Wesley stared. "When were you pregnant?" exclaimed Doyle, angrily.

"Well, this demon worshiper seduced and impregnanted me with like, a gazillion demon babies."

"Oh."

Willow giggled. "Well, I want a bunch of kids." Oz smiled at Willow's comment.

"Which eh, leads me to, eh, Lucy and I...." Wesley stammered.

Cordelia grimaced. "Lucy's having Wesley Jr.?"

"No! I mean, no. But I did ask her to marry me, and she said yes, and..."

"Grow up, Wesley," muttered Cordelia.

There conversation was interupted by the nurse, who came out. "You can all go in now. Normally, we don't allow so many visitors at once so soon, that aren't family, but the parents of the babies insisted. Said you were all like family."

"BABIES?!" exclaimed Cordelia.

"Yes, your friend had twins."

Everyone hurried into Buffy's room to see her and the babies.

Angel stood next to the bed, grinning proudly. He was talking to Buffy. "This is just... the proudest moment. Because I never thought I could, and now..."

"Shh," Buffy murmered. "Everyone's here."

She held two babies, one in the crook of each arm. One baby was wrapped in a blue blanket, the other in a pink blanket.

Buffy grinned. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet Liam and Kathy McKenna."

The End

There's gonna be another sequal, but it's gonna be demon-free, 100% fluffy fun.
