Can trees grow where there is no soil

How can I go on without my Mum?

Do kittens chase balls of string
Do birds sing up in the trees.
Do pigs love to wallow in mud
Were her last words calling for me?

Do curtains blow in the breeze
Do dirty dishes pile up high.

Thinking of my Mum makes me cry.

Will she hear me when I call
