"So," Buffy asked sleepily, while walking with Willow down the hall, "What are we up for tonight....it is a Friday, and all."
Willow shrugged, "Bronze is boring."
"Maybe," Buffy's eyebrows wriggled mischieviously, "We could make it fun."
"What do you mean?"
The Slayer didn't explain, only saying, "I'll be at your place around eight, okay?" Willow nodded, and then, the blond bouced off, waving cheerfully, "See you later!"
"Will I see you tonight?" Angel asked curiously, as Buffy was preparing to leave after her early evening visit.
She shrugged, "I don't know. Maybe. Willow and I are having a 'girls' night out' and guys, no matter how hot they are," Angel bowed his head, slightly embarrassed, "Aren't usually allowed to join in. Unless that's part of the game, but...." She trailed off, "I don't think that's a good idea."
He nodded, "I know."
"What are your plans for tonight?" She asked, half-curious.
"I'll be looking out for you two," Buffy rolled her eyes, "If you're doing what I think you're doing, ZI have a good reason to be concerned," Again, her eyes turned skywards, "Remember what happened at the frat party?"
The Slayer nodded, "But they spiked the spiked drink with a tranquilizer. I was supposed to pass out on one drink. Besides, Mom's out of town this weekend. At an art party or something, and I think that I should be celebrating."
"Please be careful," He rubbed her shoulders protectively, before she left, "And if you need anything, please call."
She nodded, "I will. Don't worry."
"I have to," He smiled back. After she was gone, he picked up a tiny cellphone that he had purchased for emergencies, thinking of a girl he hadn't seen in a while. Not since the 'puppy' incident. He dialed the number and waited.
<<I still can't believe she called him Puppy.>> Willow was in her room, looking at the outfit she had borrowed from Amy's closet. It was quite similar to the one that her other self had worn, black leather two piece suit <<I can't wear this. Too funny. Maybe I should, and scare everyone again.>> She smirked, thinking about the star basketball player she scared into doing his own work. <<That cou ldbe fun. As long as I don't run into Angel.>>
The phone rang. She picked it up quickly, "Hello?"
"Willow?" It was Angel. <<Speak of the devil.>> "How are you?"
"G-good," She spoke nervously, "Why are you calling? I didn't even know you HAD a phone...."
He chuckled, and then answered, "Buffy stopped by, and told me your plans for the night. I have to say I'm a little worried about you. Will you be alright?"
"It's only a little Bronze----"
He cut her off, "---and some beer."
<<Beer?!>>
"Willow?"
She gulped," I'm here."
"Will you be alright?"
"I probably won't drink. I'll just watch out for Buffy. I'll protect her, don't worry," He stiffled a chuckle, "What's wrong with that?"
"Are you going to lift a pencil to protect her?"
"Hey, now.... we'll be fine. Don't worry your cute lil' face off," He made a choking noise, "What's wrong?"
he told the truth, "You're the second person today that's refered to my stunning good looks today."
<<He's seeming happier, or something.>>
"Well," Willow tried to end the conversation, so she coul get dressed, a plan forming in her mind, "Don't worry, everything'll be fine, relax, maybe we'll see you later, or something, bye!"
She hung the phone up, and decided to get ready.
<<Puppy.>>
End Prologue
"So," Buffy handed her a beer, "Want another?"
Willow shrugged, her speech slurred, "I only had, um, uh, two. So, why not?"
"That's my Willow," The Slayer's eyes roamed over Willow's attire, "Aren't you going to change?" She only shrugged, "But, the leather! Angel's eyes would bug right out of his sockets!"
"I don't like Angel."
She laughed off her friend's protest, "Yes you do. You've checked him out before. I don't mind, so go ahead and look all you want. I don't think it'll work. Too many mistakes."
<<I don't know how I feel about Angel. He's hot and all, and sure, he makes my heart skip a tiny beat, but he's really Buffy's. Always will be, and he's the kind of guy that likes her type. The sexy, gorgeous type. Not the shy, mousy type.>>
"But, he's pretty much yours."
"Get dressed."
"Um, okay,' Willow went into the bathroom, swaying back and forth as she tried to walk, carrying the leather attire, "Get my boots, wouldja?!" Buffy muttered something inaudible, as the redhead tried to squeeze into the clothes. <<Hard to breathe. real hard. Oh well, girl, just get in the stuff!>> In a few minutes, she emerged from the bathroom, "How do I look?"
Buffy's jaw dropped, "You're a hottie, under all that fuzz!"
"I wore this before, though."
"But, I didn't say anything."
"Oh," Buffy passed her the unfinished drink, "Thanks. When will we leave?"
"Soon."
"Will'? Buffy?" Xander saw them walk into the bronze, trying their best not to stagger, but it was evident of their condition. He offered, "Can I please take you two home, to party there. It's too, um, obvious, and Will," He added, "Where did you get that leather? Did you leave it for yourself, uh, or did your vampy self leave it behind for you? Yeah, that's what I mean...."
She shrugged, laughing at Xander's question, "No. I borrowed it from Amy."
"Is she still a rat?" Willow nodded, "Can I please take you two home?"
"I don't care," Buffy shrugged, "But, I am getting sleepy....." She looked over at Willow, who was spacing out, and then snapped her fingers in front of the hacker's face, "You in for some homewalkage?"
Willow gigled, "What kind of word is that?"
"Shut! Up!"
"Okay," Xander cut in, "I'm taking you both home," He stood up, "Now."
"What did you say?" She asked Xander to repeat himself. <<He can't be right about this. Why would he wait until now to tell me, and not at the Bronze?>>
"Oz was out. With Juliette, from his music class. They were at the Bronze, chilling...and dancing....and kissing."
She could feel her voice ride, "Why didn't you tell me at the Bronze?"
"So you wouldn't make a scene in your drunken state."
"Oh."
He pushed the door open for Willow, and ushered her inside, "I'll see you tomorrow."
"Be safe walking home?" He waved a large cross in front of her face, "okay," She chuckled, "I will see you later."
She walked upstiars, letting the tears fall freely. <<Two can play at this game.>> She picked up the phone, and hit recall. A groggy voice answered, and then she spoke, "Angel, I kinda need your help."
"You okay?" He panicked, "Where are yuo?" He paused, "How did you get this number?"
She giggled, "I'm at home, silly vampire. Actually, you see, my zipper on my jacket thing is stuck, and Buffy's at home, passed out, and Xander, who gives a fuck where Xander is.....so can you come over?" Then, the tears fell, "And, I need a shoulder to cry on?"
"What happened?"
"Oz cheated. Bad werewolf."
He ended the conversation quickly, "I'll be right over.
"Willow," Angel looked at her oddly, "is it you, or the other you?"
"It's fuzzy-tipsy, me," She smiled, and then turned away, "The zipper, buddy, like you promised."
"First," he grabbed her shouers, to spin her back to face him, "Tell me about Oz."
"First," She corrected, spinning back to her original position, "Unzip me."
He complied, letting his hands touch her soft skin, that the zipper's opening exposed, "Now talk?" She shook her head, "What, then?"
"Well, Puppy," She leaned into him, pressing against his groin, "How about I just show you what Oz did tonight, with that other girl...." He groaned, and she smirked, "Did I do something right?"
"Willow," He pleaded, "What do you want?"
"I want you. Here, now."
He groaned. He wanted this so badly, but, not under these conditions. He had fallen for Willow, and the feelings had increased greatly since the run in with her other self. But, the situation was so, so wrong.
"Angel...."
"Willow," He admitted, "I'm so attracted to you. You're beautiful, and as much as I don't want to leave, I have to. This is worng, you in this state. If we ever end up together, I want you to remember the whole event, and I'd like you to be sober. So," He wrapped his arms around her gently, "I'll tuck you in, talk about Oz, and maybe some other time, we'll go out. On a real date."
"Um, okay."
Buffy woke up much later, and checked her alarm clock through groggy eyes. <<Four a.m.?!>> She tried to sit up, but found that her head hurt entirely too much. She looked around the room, and tried to remember what happened. <<Willow. Where's Willow?!>> She picked up the phone.
"Hello?!" The voice was very cranky.
"Angel!" Buffy gasped, "Where's Willow?!"
He groaned. <<The Slayer will never drink again. I will make sure of this.>> "She's in her bed. Asleep. I should be sleeping too, but....." He growled.
Buffy muttered an appology, and hung up the phone.
Angel threw the phone down on the floor, and tried to fall asleep again, but, much to his dismay, the phone rang again. <<I will kill Buffy.....if she doesn't let me sleep.>> "Hello?" His teeth were clenched, and his eyes remained shut.
It was Willow this time, "Sorry," She appologized, "But, I just wanted to thank you. For not sleeping with me. You're a perfect gentleman. I don't think that would've been one of our sanest moments, if we did it just like that, and maybe I'm not ready, and---"
He cut her off gently, "Willow," He cooed her name, "Don't thank me. I only want to be there for you. You know that, right?"
"Uh huh," Then, she cringed, thinking back on the night, "Angel?"
"Yeah?"
"Did I call you Puppy again?"
"Yes," He replied, "You di---" The phone went dead, "Willow?!" He hung the phone up, knowing why she had hung up so quickly, and recaptured some sleep. He knew that that night would be a tough one.
End Part 1
Willow prepared for her talk with Oz at the Bronze quickly, while drinking up some liquide courage. <<How else will I ever be able to confront him....??>> She drannk some of her parents' vodka, mixing it with lemonade, upon Buffy's advice, as she dressed and brushed her hair.
<<Not drunk, tipsy.>> She giggled, while sharing an inner dialogue with herself, as she walked out of the house. <<Maybe I'll see Pupp--- er Angel. I wonder if he'll like this leather skirt?>>
Leather was becoming a staple in the young wiccan's wardrobe. She liked the way it stuck to her body, and how it smelled.
Down the street, and into the club, she went.
What she saw startled her.
Angel was at the bar, drink in his hand, smiling cryptically at her, while Oz was kissing Juliette by the stage, trying to hide behind speakers. Rage flowed freely through her veins, while she tried to get a grip on the situation. <<He did it again! Didn't he realize I said 'we need to talk'??!?!?!?!>>
"Willow---" Angel had called out to her, as she turned and bolted, tears flooding from her eyes. <<Find her, Dead-Boy.....>> He cursed to himself, as he downed the contents of the shot glass, and bolted on unsteady legs towards the exit, yelling her name once outside.
He caught up to her, and grabbed her. <<I thought I was invisible.....damn he saw me.>> She squirmed, "Let go!"
"Not until we talk."
"Donl't wanna talk. Talk boring. Lemme go," He sniffed the air, and then shot her a stern look. She protested, "What did I do this time?!"
"Drinking again?"
She countered, "So are you."
"C'mon," He picked her up, walking in a familiar direction, "We're going to the mansion. Get you straightened out. Then, we'll talk."
"Talk dull," She pounded on his chest, "Lemme go," He shook his head, and continued on. She continued pounding on his chest, and then, she observed, "You have muscle. Lots of it. Solid, 100% muscle."
<<How very Willow she is when she's drunk.>> He remarked to himself.
"Tipsy!"
He looked at her, "What are you saying?"
"You said I was drunk. I'm correcting you, silly, stupid, perfect, hot, sexy vampire."
"That's it," He broke into a grin, while picking up the pace, "I'm getting you somewhere safe."
"Oz is an asshole." She continued to babble.
"Here," he handed her a glass of water, "Now, will you please vent with me?" She shook her head, while sipping carefully from the glass, "Willow.......please. I'm pleading here. I want to know how you feel. You can't keep brooding like this."
She laughed.
He rolled his eyes, sitting on the hearth next to her, "I know, I know. Ha ha. Silly, stupid, perfect hot vampire made a little funny."
"You forgot a word."
He remarked that WIllow's head was quickly approaching his. He gulped, and asked gingerly, "Which one?"
"Sexy," She sealed his lips with her own, sharing a tender, surprise kiss. He jumped back, and she suddenly became very applogetic, "I'm so sorry, Puppy," She slurred, the tears returning quickly, "I---"
"You called me Puppy again," She shied away, getting up, and walking across the room, "Willow come here," He commanded gently. She obeyed, after some prodding, returning to her original seat, "I don't mind you calling me Puppy," She studied his face, terribly confused, "It turns me on, actually, and if it's alright, I'd like to call you Kitten. Or Little One," She managed a weak nod, "I'd also like you to stay the night."
"Hmmmm?"
"In my bed," He approached her, "With no clothes on, with me."
She widdened her eyes and mouth in surprise, "You for real?" He kissed her again, "I guess so."
End Part 2
"I'll be back in a minute," Angel pulled away, much to their disappointment, "Okay?"
She nodded, and sat there patiently, not noticing a dark, smirking shadow outside. The shadow chuckled to herself. <<This is gonna be a blast.>>
"Oz," Buffy breathed, trying to get more information out of the ever-silentwerewolf, "What did Willow see, and where did she go?"
He shrugged, "I didn't see her. I didn't even know she was there, she must've been invisible. I did see Angel run out after her, though."
Buffy was gone in a flash.
"Angel?" Willow called out into the darkened room, completely confused anddisorientated. The fire was the only source of light in the living area, and it wasn't very efficient at illuminating his location to her, "You're scaring me. Cut it out."
A deep voice came from the far corner of the room, "Little One. I'm over here."
She whirled around, and squinted into the dark, "Where?"
She could hear his approach, and seconds later, he approached, "Here," He sat back down on the hearth next to her, clad in his leather pants, and velvet top, "With you,"
The vampire stole a kiss from her, "This is so perfect.""I know," She pulled him in, kissing him more.
He deepened the kiss,
scooting her into his lap, as their tongues dueled mercilessly. She
fiddled witht he buttons on his shirt, while he just ripped her shirt off,
leaving her clad in a black bra, and
her leather skirt.
He oggled her, "You like?"
He moaned, nodding enough to break off the kiss, "Good."
He spoke wisely, "I want to make this special for you, but," She wriggle dmore in his lap, "But, but, I need you so badly that I just can't wait any longer."
She nodded, feeling the same desires, while chuckling, "Take me, Dark Prince, take me now."
He obeyed, lying
her down on the rug, while the fire's reflection danced over their bodies.
He removed her bra quickly, and tossed it, along withher quickly removed
skirt, to the floor to join her shirt."You have too much clothes on."
He chuckled, as she helped him remove his shirt, exposing his taught chest with dancing muscles to her view. He undid the belt buckle, and quickly slid his leather pants off. She was almost disappointed, but his flesh was new and surprising to her. <<Oz and I.....never....not this....not even aglimpse.>>"Do you want me to, um," She tried to ask if he preferred foreplay first, but she was much too embarrassed, "You know?"
He laughed softly in her ear, "I only want you, to give yourself completelyto me," his vision clouded, "What about my curse?" Before she could reply,he backed away, reaching for his shirt, "I better not."
Willow ripped the shirt out of his hand, tossing across the room, "Shut up, Angel, I secured the soul. Permanently. No curse."
"Really?" He approached her with a new lust, "Seriously?" She nodded zestfully,
"Open your legs Willow," She obeyed quickly, eager to give herself to him, "You know this will change everything?"
She nodded, "I know."He kissed her, and then warned, "This'll hurt."
"Be careful."He entered her slowly, yet forcefully pushing himself through her virginial barrier. She let a small cry pass through her lips, but soon after pleasure replaced her pain. It felt incredible to her. He didn't know what she was thinking, or why her eyes seemed clouded over, so he asked, "Willow, are you okay?"She smiled, "I'm glad you're my first,"
He smirked, and
slowly started to
pump faster and harder into her channel. Juices leaked around his member,
the smell of her piercing his senses. He kissed her everywhere while they
rocked to their own private rhythm. It was quick, and he felt guilty for
not making it special, but he could feel that they both wanted it, and
if he was lucky enough, he knew that there would be time for special moments. This
was a moment of raw desire. A moment for the quiet ones to share.
Willow bit her lip and moaned, "Angel....."He could feel her muscles contract quickly, knowing her time was coming. She squeezed him into an orgasm of his own, both of them panting in the afterglow of their actions.
"Willow....." He whispered, "I love you."
<<I don't love him. What am I going to tell him?>> She shook her head, "I'm smart enough to know that it doesn't count during sex,"
The liquor and sex,
were getting to her. She was tired, finally, and let her eyes close. Angel
pulled a blanket up over them, mainly to keep her warm, and both of them
covered.The shadow snapped her fingers.
<<Bored now.>> And then she disappeared.<<Where the fuck are my fucking pants?! Why does my head hurt?!>> He felt something leave him, and then he knew Angelus emerged from within. <<Howdid this happen? No matter.... What a way to wake up....with a hottie in my bed.>> He touched her sleeping face, watching her stir.
<<The soul can pick'em after all. Maybe I should just kill her.....>> He listened outside, where he could hear a pounding heartbeat. <<No. Not yet. Buff's out there. I can feel her. Taste her. This will be fun.>>
He sunk under the covers, letting his head drop to Willow's nether regions. He immediately found her clit, grasping it with his lips and teeth, while his tongue thrashed over it. Willow's eyes bugged out of her head, suddenly awakened, and she started to moan, "Angel.....Angel....."
<<She does have my name wrong......oh well.>>
"Kitten....." He cooed, the sound muffled, "Cum for me. Let yourself go."Buffy cringed, as Willow's orgasm shattered the silence outside.
<<This is ot happening. I can't believe either of them would do this. I can't stay here.....I can't watch....I can't leave....what if he hurts her?! has he changed? Is that why they're together?>>
Buffy fled
the scene.Willow pulled Angel up to meet her eyes, and saw his demonic
visage,
"Why are you 'grrrr'?"
"Kitten," He turned
on the demon's charm, "I'm not 'grrrr'."She studied his eyes. <<Before,
I could
see into his eyes,
and see his soul. What he stood for was there, in his eyes.>> She looked
deeper, trying to peer inside him. Panick rose within her, as did confusion.
<<I don't see a soul. No standing for much. Lots of dark.>>
"Angelus."
He chuckled, "You're so smart,"
She tried to get out of his reach, but he held her firmly in place, "I know you'd like to take credit for my changing, but it wasn't you. This wasn't a happy moment curse thing."
"I secured your soul," She blinked, "This wasn't supposed to happen."
"Someone was fucking around with some magick."
"Ayna?"
Angelus shrugged, "Are you going to kill me?"
He shook his head, "No, no. That wouldn't be fun. Besides," He brushed her lips gently with his own, "We'd never be able to explore your passions ever again, could we?"
She blushed, "I liked what we did, Little One. Nothing will ever change that."
"Are you getting soft?"He laughed, "No, I'm not. I would like to find out who did this and why, though,"
A thought crossed Willow's mind, but Angelus seemed to read it instantly, "There will be no changing me back. Again."
She pouted, "I know."
"Don't fear me," he counseled, "You don't need to. I won't hurt you. I will protect you. Always," A simple kiss sealed the pact. She relaxed somewhat.
He smirked, "How about we spend the rest of the night getting to know each other better?"
"What else is there to do?" She joked dryly.
End Part 3
She begged, "please, stop," Her breath was ragged, as was the sunlight rising through the clouds outside, and she was exhausted, "I'm tired, Angelus, and I can't---"
"WHat do you want to do?"
"Solve the mystery?" He threw his head back and laughed, "Why not? Don't you want to know who did this and why?" Angelus shrugged, while lowering his mouth onto one of Willow's raw nipples, "I do.......you, well, kinda you, and I were having a good time, and then someone fucked with my spell. This wasn't supposed to happen."
"Are you complaining?" He lifted his head, upon hearing her say what she was feeling at the time, "I know this is delicate," He could feel her crumbling, "And, I don't know if you loved him or not. We're two completely different beings. I know he thought we were the same, but, we never were. I know that he worshiped you," She felt suddenly saddened by that news, "And, those desires were passed on to me. In that way, we're attatched---" Willow's face clouded over, "What, Kitten?"
She explained, "When you, he, whatever," She was flustered, but continued on, "I replied to something that I thought he had said. He looked at me very oddly, but now, when I think about it, I never HEARD him say it."
"Attatched, eh?" She shrugged, "Hmmm....maybe that works for us?"
"Don't force it," She advised, "If it's going to happen, it's going to happen," She chuckled, "I never thought this would happen. I can't believe I'm here, with YOU of all vampires. I feel like I've been sleeping around."
He kissed her forehead, "I'm going to comfort you, and protect you, Kitten," She nodded, looking away, "Look at me," She obeyed quickly, scared to cross him, "I'm not going to pretend that I love yuo, nor do I expect you to do the same," Willow nodded, "But, I've claimed you," he touched the wound on her neck, "You do belong to me."
"Oh," A thought crossed her mind, "You're going to use me to get to Buffy, aren't you?" He nodded, "Are you going to kill her?"
Angelus shook his head seriously, telling her that he had indeed thought about his plan, "I think her knowing that I'm back, and with you is punishment enough."
"Thank yuo," She breathed, "That's good news. But, just don't do the confrontation-thing. I score really badly at that, and I don't want to know she knows. And, can we not hurt Giles; he'd be so upset, maybe he'd disappear onus or something....."
Angelus saw how upset she was, so he bargained, "How about if I get to show you off, I'll pretend to be Soul-Boy whenin the presence of your little friends?"
She reflected, "I like that, but to ask you to be something you're not...."
<<How very Willow.....>> he smirked, "I don't mind. I still get to have you. And, in public," She blushed a pretty shade of crimson, turning her head away from him, "I will have you in public, Kitten," She blushed an even deeper shade of crimson, "But, I will always honor you. And, I'll behave when I'm with you and your friends."
"Thank you," She breathed, the crimson disappearing from her cheeks, "I know you want to kill them all, but this restraint means a lot."
He smiled, watching her stifle a yawn then he picked her up, much to her surprise, "I'm going to put you to bed," She let her eyes close, "You've had a hard night."
Buffy had heard her Angel say those words to Willow. <<'You've had a hard night'>> She was going to goto school, but when she walked by the hacker's empty house, she was determined to find out whatw as going on between the two quiet ones.
Her insides were colapsing, as she watched Angel kiss WIllow's sleeping form gently, after tucking her in the bed. This wasn't supposed to happen. She lost her lover to the mousiest person in the world: WIllow Rosenburg.
She walked into the house, calling his name, "Angel?"
Angelus appeared, in a white shirt, and leather pants, "Buffy."
It felt good, despite what she knew had happened, to hear him say her name again, How are you?"
"Okay," He shrugged, replying to her question, trying to sound like the Angel he was assumed to be, "I was wondering where you were last night."
Buffy managed a weak smile. <<Liar.>>
"Did you patrol?"
She nodded, "Yeah. But, there weren't many vamps out last night," She studied his expression, while he put some books on the coffee table away, "What were you doing last night?"
he lied, "Reading."
<<Reading Willow's skin, maybe....>>
"Well," She headed towards the door, "I, um, will I see you around tonight?"
"Are yuo patrolling?"
The Slayer nodded, "I have training at the library first....." She told him, trailing off when she saw a shoe that didn't belong to Angel, "Whose is that?"
He answered truthfully, "Willow's."
"WHat is she doing here?"
He launched into a lie, "She saw Oz and that girl kissing and dancing again," Buffy's eyes went slightly bigger than dinner plates, "And, she was pretty hammered already. She muttered something about liquid courage," Buffy nodded again, motioning for Angel to continue, "She told me that a vampire was chasing her, but Willow killed it with a twig. I don't get it, but anyway....That led her near here, and she decided to crash here."
"Can I see her?"
He shook his head, "I was just in there, and she's still sound asleep," He looked at Buffy, "Don't you have school?"
She nodded, "Yeah. I guess I do. See you later?"
He waved, keeping his distance, "Yep. I might stop by the library, to pick you up before patroling."
A smile flickered across Buffy's face.
Angelus chuckled, after she had left. <<She knows.. Good. I wouldn't want to keep my Slayer in the dark, now, would I?>>
"ANgelus?" Willow's tiny plea came from the bedroom. The vampire raced inside, where she continued meekly, "Why aren't you sleeping?"
He smiled, "You want me to sleep with you?" She nodded, "How much sleeping would we really get done," A clouded expression danced upon her face, "and, you really need some rest for tonight."
She nodded, "I need to go home."
"I will take you."
"But," She spoke, letting him know that she had overheard the conversation with Buffy, "You need to pick her up for patrol," A question formed in her mind, "Are you going to get a big nasty group of 'grr's going again?" He shrugged, sitting on the bed, "Are you planning on changing me?"
Angelus didn't answer that question, even though that moment was the first time he had really thought about it. The bad Willow turned him on, but this flesh and blood Willow was so innocent and genuine......that excited him more that any bad girl in the world.
"Angelus?"
"I won't change you," He assured her, "I want to keep my cover for a little while," She nodded, pretending to understand why he was going to do, "Besides, that will give me some space and time. Time that I could be spending with you."
She blushed, "Angelus....I don't know."
"I know you're a wildcat under there, Kitten," He made her blush again, causing goosebumps to harden her flesh, "I don't know what I'm going to do," He glanced at the clock on the wall, "But, if you want to get some sleep, you should probably do it now."
"Okay," She curled up next to his hard body, and closed her eyes, "'Night.....or 'day."
He smirked, letting sleep hit him, as well.
End Part 4
Willow woke up before dusk with a huge headache. <<I'm never drinking again.>> Angelus' arms were wrapped around her, hugging her close to his body. She looked at the clock, and saw that she had a few hours before Angelus would have to visit Buffy. <<I'm going now. Gotta get up.>>
A few slow minutes later, Willow was walking around the room, and salon, trying to find her clothes. She dressed quickly, and left the mansion.
Angelus woke up when he heard Willow shut the door. <<She left. For home. I wonder what she's doing.>> He smiled slowly, thinking of Willow's lithe body in the shower, the hot water running over her. <<C'mon sun, set.>> He was going to surprise her.
Giles looked at Buffy oddly, "Are you sure you're alright?"
The Slayer nodded, "I'm fine."
"Is Angel patrolling with you?" She shrugged, "you don't know?" She shrugged again, "HAs there been a falling out between the two of you?'
Buffy looked up, "I don't know what's going on, Giles. Last night, I saw him with Willow."
"Are you sure?"
She nodded, putting a few books into her schoolbag, "I saw them *together* in bed," Sympathy oozed from the Watcher's eyes, "Not sleeping. And, he didn't even have the balls to tell me. He was my boyfriend for Christ's sake!"
"Buffy," He advised, "I suggest you keep it down. Talk to him when you go out."
"Thanks," She smiled, "I think I will."
Willow sat on her bed, packing a small bag for the weekend. <<I can't believe I'm letting myself go through with this. He is so bad, and evil......but so sexy.>>
"You think I'm sexy?"
The hacker jumped out of her skin, seeing Angelus in her room, shutting the french doors, "Did I say that out loud?" He shook his head, "What happened?"
He shrugged, "I don't know. I just heard your voice, inside my head. It was 'neat'," She chuckled, while he picked up her bag, "That's it?" She nodded, "What's in it?"
"Pajamas, clothes for tomorrow, toothbrush, hairbrush."
"You're not going to need pajamas," He smiled, speaking gently, "Especially where you'll be sleeping," She blushed. He stood up, holding her bag in his hand, and then picked her up in his arms, "I think we should go."
She spoke up meekly,"Can we go through the door?"
"Yes we can, Kitten," He laughed heartily, on their way to the library. He put her down, after some careful prodding on her behalf, and then, they walked quickly to their destination. When they were outside, he said, "Stay calm," She nodded, slowly her heartrate down with deep breathing, "Try to not go all guilty, too."
"But, she....she......knows."
"How do you know?"
She shrugged, "I can feel it."
"Did she say anything?"
Willow explained, "Usually, she calls from Giles' if she's going to patrol, so we can meet at the Bronze. She didn't leave a message, and, she didn't even call to see if I was alright, about Oz and all. It doesn't feel right."
"Don't worry," He rubbed her back with his free hand, "I'll protect you."
"Let's go, then, Angel."
He nodded, "Good girl."
They walked into the school, stopping only once to drop Willow's bag on a nearby bench. He kept his hands entwined with hers as they approached the library, while sounds of Buffy's anguished cries as she kicked a very well-padded Giles filled the air. She looked up at him, dropping his hands, "Dont' be too---" He leaned down and kissed her, gently spliting her lips with his tongue. She deepened the kiss, very much despite herself, and wrapped her arms around her neck. He pulled back, breaking the kiss, and rested his forehead on hers, so he could study her eyes. She dropped her eyelids briefly, and then opened them before speaking, "I don't know if I can do this. This will destroy her."
"Don't feel so guilty. He didn't love her to begin with."
"Huh?"
He silenced her curiousity temporarily, "I'll tell you later."
With a nod, he pushed open the doors, and WIllow slid through first, Angelus at her heels,"Hey guys," She managed a weak smile, "Buffy, you ready to Bronze?"
She shook her head," No, I have to patrol."
Angelus nodded, and then lied, to make himself seem that more soul-bound, "I heard about trouble forming in a few days," Giles looked up, "Willy mentioned something. New vampire in town, has them all hopping."
Buffy questioned, "Seriously?"
Giles inquired, "Did he mention who it might be?"
Angelus shook his head, "I don't know, but I know that he's after witches. He wants to make a group of Drusilla's," The lie was fabricating quickly, "Of sorts, picking strong and potential wiccans from all corners of the world."
"The Hellmouth, then," Giles inferred, "Would be one of his choosing territories I can imagine," He looked at Willow, oddly, making her squirm, "And, Willow could quite possibly become one of his victims."
Willow gulped, not knowing if Angelus was telling the truth or not, "Um, I'm not that strong."
"Potential." Buffy's scared, flat voice carried the word dismally.
Angelus put a hand in the small of Willow's back, moving up and down gently. He looked down at her, made eye contact, and thought. <<Trust me.>>
Willow's eyes widdened, knowing that their link had been somewhat established. She just nodded, and dropped her eyes, "Anything I can do to protect myself?"
"I am quite certain that we will be able to find somethig," The Watcher said, and then demanded, "Angelse make sure Willow gets home safely."
"I'll take her." Buffy offered.
Giles shook his head, "I need yuo to patrol."
Angelus nodded, "I'll take care of her. I'll lurk around, too, and see what else I can find out," A nod of the duo's heads dismissed them, and then, vampire and witch left the library. Angelus picked up her bag on the way out, and it wasn't until they were on the sidewalk did he say anything else, "She seems okay."
"Life does go on without you, you know."
"Does it, now?" He smirked, "Does that hold true for Willow Rosenburg?"
She shrugged, "I don't know. It's hard to explain."
"Can you try?"
After a few quick breaths, she nodded, "No other amazingly handsome, sexy guy---or vampire---has ever payed that much attention to me, like you have. I've always been Buffy's mousy friend. The one guys use to get to her. I like the way you make me feel......even though it doesn't really bind us together eternally."
Angelus remained silent. <<I wish I knew how I felt about her. ANgel loved her. I don't know how I feel. She's so fucking important to me, though. If I lose her......because of bravado....>> The vampire was lost in his thoughts. Willow was listening the whole time, and she didn't bother to tell him.
Buffy chased and pinned down a suspicious, familiar creature quickly, one of her first fights that evening, "I want yuo to tell me some things, Whistler," She waved a blade in front of his face, "About a new vampire."
He laughed, "You're not going to stand a chance."
"Why not?" Buffy demanded cruely, "Is it because of the witches?"
He corrected her, "Witch. She's the fairest of them all, and you don't quite stand a chance in this matter of the heart," He pushed her off of him, "How is Angelus these days?" Buffy tensed, letting go of the demon, "You don't know what you're getting into. Someone came back from somewhere she belonged."
"What the fuck are you talking about?"
"Your hacker friend. Fell in love with this world. She's coming back soon. Going to cause trouble."
Buffy was confused, clearly, "But Angel said it was a vampire that wanted all the witches in the world to be vampires."
"Have you talked to him lately?" She shrugged, "Seriously?" She shook her head, "I think you should. You might find something out for yourself."
"Are you staying in Sunnydale?"
He nodded, "Of course. Wouldn't want to miss Graduation."
<<Graduation?>>
Willow sat in Angelus' lap, in the moonlit garden that night, looking at the stars, "I like this, a lot," She admitted, "But, I'm still, um, worried."
He lifted her chin, so her eyes stared directly into his, "I'm going to have to leave for a while."
She pouted, "Why?"
Angelus shrugged, "Too many memories. I need some space. Want to keep Buffy guessing," her lower lip began to tremble, "Don't go all sad on me, Kitten, I'm coming back. It's not like we're attatched at the hip, either. I need some free time."
Willow stood up, "That's not what I thought," She protected herself, "But, you claim me, tell me I belong to you, fuck me senselessly for days, and then leave?!"
"We're not married. You know I'm only in it for the fuck."
She looked into his eyes, and even from the distance that separated them, she could see emotions swirling in his eyes. <<Why are you hurting yourself so much?!>>
"Don't use that link, either," He said, standing up to meet her. Tears fell from her gorgeous green orbs, "Don't cry."
"What else is there to do?"
He grabbed her fiercely, kissing her with so much force, she felt like her lips had been violated. The tears sprang freely, but he didn't care. He ripped her shirt open, and yanked her skirt off, leaving her exposed in two violent actions.
She was trembling. <<Why is he doing this?!>>
He pushed her onto the ground, and loomed over her, fangs and ridges displayed primitively on his face. He ripped the bra off, and started nipping at the tender pale flesh, causing blood to seep through tiny pin-hole wounds. He stopped biting for a few minutes, only to rip off the last piece of clothing on the petite redhead, and to remove his clothes, while holding her down, still, "Can't have you getting away in the middle of all this fun."
Willow only nodded, biting her lip, while trying to make eye contact with the monster.
In a swift movement, Angelus speared his shaft into her, using as much force as he could without hurting her too much. She whimpered from the pain, waiting for it to subside, as an unwanted orgasm washed over her, causing him to shoot his cold, dead seed into her.
<<Glad yuo liked it.>>
<<Bastard.>>
He got off of her, and reached for his clothes, "I'm leaving tonight. You can stay here, or you can stay at home," As he dressed, she shrank back, "I will come back for you, I promise. Maybe you'll be in a better frame of mind, and maybe next time you'll remember that you are mine, and I can do whatever I want to you. Doesn't matter."
Panic flowed through her viens, as the vampire she had grown quite fond of turned into a monster, before her eyes. <<Did I do this?>>
He grabbed a bag he had packed earlier, when Willow was napping, and waved, "I'll see you later," He called over his shoulder, "Tell Buffy how great it was."
End Part 5
Willow stayed at the mansion all week, sending for her assignments, and passing them in in record speed. There wasn't much else for her to do. She was still in shock at his brutal attemtped, quite successful rape, and even more shocked at herself, for finding the experience pleasurable. It disurbed her greatly, and she missed Angelus.
She knew that Buffy stopped by the mansion everyday afterschool, looking for 'Angel', and maybe Willow, but never finding either. Willow kept herself well concealed in a wardrobe, and waited until she could no longer hear the Slayer's high heels clicking against the concrete.
Willow never showed herself. She didn't want the world to know where she was.
But, a man in tweed changed that for her.
Giles stopped by one day, where Willow was typing away at her laptop, and not paying attention to intruders. His voice was a mixture of repressed concern and sadness, "Willow?"
She looked up, equal emotions in her eyes, "Hey, Giles, how did you find me?"
"Your parents are worried," He explained that Buffy had called them, at the hotel where they were staying, and told them that Willow had gotten involved with an older man, and that she's been missing school, and now, she seems to have disappeared, "And, they're home waiting for you."
Willow couldn't help but be remotely angry at Watcher and Slayer, "What gave you the right to involve my parents? What made you think I was involved with Angel?"
"Buffy told me she had seen the two of you together."
"We aren't together."
He nodded slowly, "Is there anything you'd like to tell me?" She shook her head, "I will try and explain to your parents that Buffy over exaggerated."
"You will do that."
He nodded, "Please come back to school," His voice was cracking with pent up feelings, "You can hide in the library, between classes, if you just want to avoid Buffy and Xander. I won't ask you any questions. I promise."
"I might, tomorrow."
"Monday," He smiled awkwardly, "I'll be glad to see you."
Angelus pounded his head off the wall, moaning in anguish. <<I can't believe I hurt HER like that. I raped her, and I liked it. She didn't have a say, and I was so cruel, like I was to Dru. She wanted me to stay. She wanted me with her. I pushed her away. I'm am so stupid.>>
The next day, Willow picked some clothes out from the closet Angelus had kept in one of the rooms, that was filled with pleated skirts, and clingy sweaters. A sweater, tank top and skirt were chosen, along with Willow's sandals. She showered and brushed her short hair into its familiar style, tucked behind her ears, and then applied her favorite solid perfume to her wrists. <<Powerful.... how come that's not the emotion I'm feeling right now?>>
She picked up her books and laptop bag, and walked out of the mansion and towards the school with a depressing anticipation. She made it inside the building, and then, she made a quick stop at her locker, before dashing to the supposed safety of the library.
Buffy and Giles were in there, so she opened the doors, and ducked behind a stack, waiting for them to finish. The Slayer left as the bell rang, giving time for Willow to see Giles.
"You decided to attend."
She nodded, "Did you talk to my parents?"
Giles replied, "I did, and they are arriving at lunch to disuss things," She rolled her eyes, "I will be there, and no one else."
"I statements."
He smiled, recognizing what she meant, and then, he brought up something Buffy had mentioned, "Do you know anything about your other self coming back from her dimension, and into ours?"
Willow shrugged, hoping that Evil Willow would never walk this world again, "No. Nothing. You think we write each other letters?!" Giles shrugged, "I don't ever want to deal with another vampire again."
"D-did," Giles started, quite unfamiliar with matters of the heart, "Something happen between you and Angel?"
<<I can't tell him what's going on. It's one of those times when yuo need to lie.>> She shook her head, "I was just a little upset that he left. We were getting along kinda well; we were friends. He was finally opening up," A single tear slipped from one of her eyes," And then, he said some things I know he didn't mean, and he left. He didn't tell me where he was going, even."
The Watcher managed a reassuring gaze, "Things will work out, Willow, he won't stay angry for ever."
She protested, "But, I don't even know what I did."
"Willow," Sheila Rosenburg sat in one of the chairs, keeping her prestine manner about her, as she tried to discipline her daughter, "Bunny has told me some alarming things about you're behavior."
She corrected her mother, "Buffy."
"Whatever."
Giles cut in, "I had informed you that Buffy had clearly made a mistake. She disappeared, due to the fact that her biology class had a three-day hike, but she came back yesterday, because Willow hadn't been feeling well, and it was me that was checking in on her from time to time."
Ira nodded, "Is that so?" he looked at his daughter, "Willow? Is this true?" The hacker nodded, "I'm sorry."
Sheila appologized, too, "I'm sorry. I guess you need to know the facts of a situation before you can make any judgement call."
"You could've called me from the hotel and asked what was wrong," Willow spat out, "You didn't need to come down here, and, um," <<Gotta soften up.>> "Ruin your trip. I feel really bad that you missed the rest of it."
"We're going back this afternoon," Her father said, much to the Watcher's surprise, "We just wanted to straighten all of this out; to make sure Willow was still very much the same."
"I am, Dad."
They kissed her, and left. Giles looked at her broken form, and asked softly, "Are you?"
She broke into tears. He wasn't surprised.
End Part 6
Willow placed another letter on the coffee table in his mansion. She had been doing that everyday, now, since he had left. She missed him that much. <<He'll think that they're too sappy, or overly emotional......too weak, maybe.>>
A startling thought hit her, in a voice that didn't belong to her. <<You are so strong, Willow, and I can't believe I tried to break you.>>
She spoke into the silence, "Angel?"
He walked from the shadows, and into the light, where the fire danced on his body, "You kept this fire alight everynight since I tried to leave town, why?"
"I hoped you'd........tried?"
The vampire nodded sheepishly, "I couldn't. I watched you. Made sure you were safe. Tried to find ways to make amends, but what I did was so terrible," She knew this wasn't the same vampire that coudl've killed her nights earlier, "I'm telling you that as much as I _need_ you, maybe we shouldn't be together. I could hurt you."
"You did," He shrinked away, "When you left."
Angel looked at her in disbelief, "And, I don't know why someone took my soul away, and---" A manical cackling came from the shadows, "What is this?" He looked at Willow, "It sounds like yuo."
She shrunk back," It's not me. I'm not laughing."
"But, it's you," Evil Willow walked into the room, "I played a game. It was how I had my Puppy."
The hacker put her hand up, "Um, explain, please? And, why are you here?"
"WHISTLER?!?!?!" Buffy called out loudly, banging on his door, the whole apartment building shaking ith each strong fist slammed agiast the woodwork, "Open this door before I break it down?"
The demon's head appeared in the small opening allowed by the security chain, "Why stop now, Slayer, you alreday have it off one of its hinges."
She replied dryly, "Ha, ha, ha. Open up."
"Do you want to kill me?" She shook her head angrily, "Okay, hang on a sec'," He shut the door, slid the chain across, and reopened the door, "What do we have to talk about?"
"Willow."
He nodded, "Remember the spell?" She shook her head, "Willow and that Anya chick were trying to find the diety's necklace," Buffy's eyebrows jumped, "Anya is a diety. In the other world---"
"What other world?"
He explained the best way he knew how: as short as possible, "Cordelia wished that you had never come to Sunnydale. Inevitably to prevent the hurt she feels over that boy. Anya was there, and she was an immortal---the necklace gave her the powers. So, since yuo hadn't come to Sunnydale, your best friends were turned into vampires, for the Master," He knew he was omitting parts, but he wasn't sure what ANgel would want her to know, "Watcher destroyed the necklace, after the dying Cordelia said something about it. But, too late, and everyone was destroyed. Angel, at the hands of Xander. You, the Master," A shiver went up her spine, "Xander, by you, and Willow, the witch, by Oz."
"Then, if she was dead---"
"The spell," he corrected, "Brings the lost object to its owner, from the moment it was lost. So, in theory, that means right before she was dusted."
Buffy inquired, "How do you know all of this?"
he shrugged, "I'm magickal."
"Get off it," She rolled her eyes, "Why did Vampire Willow come back? How did she get back?"
"I don't know that," he explained, "She should've been dust."
"Is there a way for the Master to bring one of his children back?" Whistler nodded, "Do you know where I can find it?"
He shook his head, "It's common demonology. Mix blood of the sire......." He trailed off. <<Angel was her sire. But, he was dusted.>> "Or, the ashes," He quickly covered, hoping he was right, "With blood of a newborn of the clan, on a lunar eclipse in her planet of power. Tricky timing, but it works. Only useful with vampires like Angel, Willow, Xander, Drusilla, Spike, Master......."
"Quit mentioning the Master."
"Ouchy."
"Quite."
Willow looked at her evil self, "What is going on? You changed him, made him 'grrr', expected me to play along, and then, you give me him back?! Trying to fuck with my mind?! Care to explain?!"
Angel looked at Willow, slightly amused. <<Calm, Little One. We'll find out what we need to find out.>>
<<She had me all hurt. Confused.>>
The vampiress looked at one, and then the other, before explaining, "When I was human, I was involved with Puppy," The duo blushed, "We did the nasty, and he lost his soul. But, instead of losing it, some gypsy girl," Angel frowned, "Put her soul in me, so I owned him. It made me crazy. But, Angelus wouldn't hurt me, too much. He changed me, in a moment of blind, and the fuzzies were gone."
"how did Angelus get to be good again?"
"Puppy came back to me, the day Angelus realized he loved me. The day his bad side loved me, was the day his soul left me, and went back to him for real. Gypsy girl knew then that he had been punished enough."
Angel inquired, "Then, why did you continue to hurt me?"
<<how did you know this?>>
<<Later, Luv.>>
"He didn't love me anymore. He felt that I loved his bad boy, and was disgusted. I wanted," She shrugged, "To make peace with you."
"Huh?"
"I'm going back to my dimension. The Master had found a way to make Angel and I live again, not Xander. And, I just felt that I owed it to you, him."
"Oh, well," Willow smiled, not quite sure what to think of the vampire, "Are yuo staying long?"
She shook her head, "This world's no fun."
"I know."
"Giles," Buffy entered the library, "I know what's going on, kinda," He beckoned her to explain, and she did, "The bad Willow wanted to make amends with Angel. Turns out when she was human, he loved her. They did what Angel and I did, and the results....same thing. But, instead of the gypsy curse freeing him, it bound him to Willow. That drove her insane, and over time, he realized how much he needed her. he was Willow-whipped. Moral of the story is he got his soul back, once the demon actually felt love."
he questioned, "Was this transformation permanent?" Buffy nodded, "This could be interesting."
"I'm going to the mansion, to see Willow and Angel. Whistler said they'd be there. Wanna come?"
"We're going to have to do that spell again," Angel responded coldly, still reeling from the experience of having his soul returned to him, "Willow, I'll need your help."
She nodded, "What do I need to get?"
Giles' voice came from the corner of the room, "I have everything."
"Buffy," Willow looked to her friend, "I......I......"
She smiled, "Don't worry. We can talk about this forever.....after we send her back to where she belongs."
The spell was performed, and went uneventful. Giles looked to his Slayer and Hacker, while Angel only had eyes for the hacker. She meant the world to him, and he knew that she didn't love him. <<Maybe we weren't meant to be.>> He closed his eyes, knowing how much that hurt. He didn't know how to react around her, what to say, or what emotions to express. He was so mad, mainly at himself, thinking that only if he showed some control, Willow's other self wouldn't have wanted so badly to control the situation. Then, he wouldn't have lost his soul, and tried to hurt Buffy. <<Thank God that didn't go far. I'm glad I realized how I felt about the witch when I did. She's everything to me, and I don't know how to tell he.....r....... She's probably listening right now, and man, will I ever feel stupid. I didn't want her to know.>>
Buffy was studying Willow and Angel intensely. Their feelings were written clearly on their faces. Willow's betrayed her guiilt and sadness, with her confusion and still, there was a tiny glimmer of hope, in the way her eyes glimmered in the candlelight. Angel's face told a darker story, filled with much more guilt, and pain, yet, there was this part of him that seemed grateful for the time he did spend with Willow, as if there was to be no more spending time with the one he truly loved.
The Slayer knew who loved who now. She glanced up at her Watcher, as the vampire slipped through the portal, and nodded with a sad smile. He nodded back, grateful to a higher power that she has indeed learned to let go of someone she loves.
Giles and Buffy decided to leave them alone that night, in the mansion. Willow was definately nervous, and Angel was brooding in a corner.
"You could try venting."
He looke dup at her, their silence broken, "What are you talking about?"
"I know you're angry with me," She explained, "And, instead of trying to make me feel worse, by sitting there all total-utter-complete brood-guy, you could try and tell me what's going on inside of yuor head."
He replied icily, "Why don't you just read my thoughts?"
"Because I'm not welcome to! I would never do something like that at a time like this. I don't know what gave us our bond, maybe it's just us, but, I wouldn't abuse it. Not now. We need to do the talky thing, Angel," He turned away, "What's wrong?"
"My name," he explained, "On your lips."
"What do you prefer that I call you, Puppy? Angelus? Master? Moron? Dead-Boy?" He bowed his head in defeat, "I'm going to go home. I can't stay here."
Before he could say anything, she was gone.
End Part 7
"Willow," Buffy smiled, starting the proper appology the next day, "I'm sorry for being so mean...."
She shrugged, an irky smile creeping across her face, "Can we just forget about it?" Buffy nodded, hugging her friend with a happy shriek, "Buffy, can't breathe....." The Slayer released her grip on her friend, who then asked, Maybe we cou ldhave a girls' night out again?"
Buffy's eyes lit up, "Are you sure?" Willow nodded, "This'll be so fun!"
"I'll even let you dress me.....no leather though."
The Slayer jumped up, "I will get some of my clothes, and meet you back here, with some beer, too," She paused in the door, "Frosty Frog, or Keiths?"
"Not Frogs!!!"
<<She better be here tonight.....I need to speak with her.>> He sat at a table in the corner of the club, waiting for the only girl on his mind to walk through those doors, with a huge smile on her face, and red hair shining.
He wasn't to be disappointed.
"Buffy?" Willow whirled around, not seeing the Slayer. <<She got me.....tipsy, and then sent me out here?! I will kill her.>> She looked around the club, hoping to see a familiar face. <<Oh no.>> Her eyes rested on the band that was playing, the Dingoes, and then, to a very handsome face that waited patiently in the corner. <<I can't. If we fight, and I lose him.....how can I tell him that his love means so much? Did I just say that?>>
"Angel," She smiled cautiously, once she arrive at his table, "Wanna dance?"
He nodded, "I should be so lucky to dance with you," They walked to the center of the dance floor, where he encased her in his arms, "We need to talk, you know," She nodded, visibly upset, "And, I know Buffy got you dr---" Willow shot him a stern look, "---tipsy, so you could open up easier, but I won't put you on the spot. Never."
"Thank you." Her words weren't more than a whisper.
"I just wanted to tell you that I still love you, no matter what," She nodded, her eyes firmly linked into his. <<Willow?>> She nodded again, confirming the link. <<I know that you enjoyed your time with Angelus.......and it's not fair to demand of you if you loved him. But, I know you confessed to him that you didn't love me.>>
She touched his face briefly, pulling back before letting her thoughts melt into his mind. <<I owe you an explanation.>> He raised an eyebrow, making her giggle. <<Stop that....I'm trying to tell you that when YOU left, I was utterly lost. I was bonded to him. Your soul wouldn't let me leave. I didn't want to leave either.>> His eyes darkened, but she continued. <<No, not like that. I felt that if that was the only part of you that I was ever going to have again, I was determined to hold onto it. No matter what. I lost you once, but I wasn't going to lose you again. And, when you left.......after raping me......it wasn't the force you used, or the pain you physically inflicted, but the way you turned your mind off, that scared me the most.>>
"Really?" His voice came out squeaky, and very nervous. She smiled. <<Yes, silly, that's how I felt. Feel. Look into my eyes, and you will see how I feel for you.>>
He kissed her. <<I love you.>>
She sighed into his mouth, thinking the exact same thing. <<I love you.>>
"Thanks for walking me home," Willow smiled, "And, I know that this taking things slowly thing might kill me with frustration now, but maybe someday it'll be worth it," She kissed his cheek gently, "So, I guess I'll see you later?"
He smelled her hair, inhaling the air deeply, "You smell good."
"Nice try, buster."
"We need to go slowly," he touched her hair, and then her face, "But, one kiss?" She nodded, allowing him passage to her lips. They met in bittersweet desire and love, neither knowing where this kiss would get them, but knowing that they couldn't survive without the other.
Willow was the one that pulled away, partly because of lack of oxygen, "Angel, please stay tonight," He looked at her skeptically, "Just with me. Not the other way."
He smiled, glad that his innocent Willow was back.
