Disclaimer: Well we all know who A:TS characters belong to. That would be the man Joss. Same with the BtVS people. As for the Will & Grace group, I have no idea, but let's just say NBC for good measure.

Distribution: You are kidding me right. Hey if you really want it take it.

Rating: PG 13 Category: X-over. W/A C/K G/S W/W J/X

Summary: Will is offered a job in LA and he, Karen, Grace and Jack all go and meet up with our fave scooby gang.

Thanks to assantra for help with the coupling and kylia for giving me nasty ideas for making me write more stories.

Feedback: Oh please, I am so desperate. I am so not sure about this one, but I can't get it out of my head.

Okay, I am writing this because before Angel, the only show I would watch at that time on Tuesday was Will & Grace and if not for Angel I would still be watching it. Thank the gods for reruns. The only thing that would make me happier is if the two shows would somehow combine so that I could watch them together.

~Part: 1 ~

And the two shall join together

"So, they offered to fly me out to see if I wanted to accept the position. I thought maybe you might want to keep me company," Will said to the red head that was standing in his living room.

"Sounds like fun," Grace replied. "When do we leave?"

"Monday, that is if you think that you can get Karen to take care of things at the office," Grace just looked at Will and he shrugged his shoulders.

"Okay, so can you afford to close down for a couple of days."

"Yeah, that should be no problem. Haven't really had anything come up lately." Actually, Grace was upset because it seemed that her business was having trouble finding any customers. Maybe this trip with Will would help her get her mind off of it.

"So, where are we going?" Jack asked as he entered the room.

"Yeah, and is there any place there that I can go shopping?" Karen added as she came in the door behind Jack.

"We're going to LA."

"Yes, Rodeo drive and hot honeys," Karen said.

"Yes , Hollywood and Vine and hot honeys," Jack agreed.

"Jack, how are you going to be able to afford to go to LA?" Grace asked the flamboyant man. "You can't even afford a value meal at McDonalds."

"Yeah, but unlike you, I can get someone to take me out on a date." Jack high fived Karen after his comment. Grace just rolled her eyes at him.

"Besides, I'm sure that my good friend Will will help with any expenses that may come up." Jack put his arm around Will's shoulders who promptly removed it.

"You know, one of these days you're going to actually have to get a job that pays for something."

"Yeah, but not right now," Jack told him. "That's what I have you for. Mr. Tall dark and lonely. So will you pay for me to go."

"I'll pay for you to shut up," Grace said. Jack went to make another snide remark but was silenced by Will.

"I'll pay for you to come too, Jack, but only if you promise to play nice."

"I promise," Jack pouted, sticking his tongue out at Grace.

"Fine, then. We leave on Monday."

"By the way, what's the name of the law firm that is being ever so generous?" Karen asked.

"Wolfram and Hart."

LA

"So what's the latest on the demon grapevine?" Willow asked as she entered the offices of Angel Investigations. Cordelia looked up and squealed as she saw her friend come in.

"Willow." She ran over and gave the startled hacker a hug. "What are you doing here?"

"Don't know. Just felt this sudden urge to come to the City of Angels."

"City of one particular Angel is more like it," Cordelia teased. Willow looked down before the brunette could see the blush that was slowly taking over her complexion.

"Yeah, well, that too." Willow looked up back up at the cheerleader. "So where is he?"

"Down in the apartment. Bet he would love to see you."

"Thanks." Willow headed over to the elevator that would take her to see her boyfriend. When she arrived in the apartment, she didn't see Angel anywhere, but then she heard water running and realized that he was in the shower. She went to the door and quietly opened it. And then she got the sight that she loved the most. Angel, in the buff, taking a shower.

"Nice view," she teased, causing Angel to spin in the shower.

"Willow," he exclaimed, jumping out of the shower and squeezing the girl to him, getting her all wet. "When did you get here?"

"About 5 minutes ago. Delia told me that you were down here. Thought I would surprise you," she explained.

"Color me surprised." Willow sighed as Angel gave her a long, passionate kiss before setting her feet back on the ground. Willow's hands wrapped around Angel's waist, running up and down his back as she wiggled her body a bit. Angel moaned into her lips as he felt himself harden but before they could do anything more, they heard someone calling from the living room.

"Angel," came an agitated male voice, "I have discovered that we have a problem."

"Coming, Wes, hold on a minute." Angel gave Willow another kiss before releasing her. "We continue this later?"

"Oh yeah," she smiled, leaving the bathroom to let Angel get dressed. Once he put on a pair of pants and shirt, Angel joined Wesley, Cordelia and Willow in the living room. Wesley looked a bit uncomfortable at what he had interrupted, while Cordelia had a huge grin on her face.

"What did you need , Wesley?" Angel asked as he took the seat by Willow, grabbing onto her hand.

"It seems that Wolfram and Hart have hired a new lawyer. He's flying in from New York today with some of his friends," Wesley explained. "I've checked into his background and haven't discovered anything that unusual, but considering our other dealings with that particular firm, I thought it best to inform you of this development."

"Wolfram and Hart? Aren't they those bastards that are always causing you problems, Angel?" Willow inquired.

"Yeah, they are," Angel confirmed. "And if they feel the need to bring in a new lawyer from New York, that can not be a good thing. We need to find out as much as we can about him."

Wesley took this as a cue to continue telling them about his findings.

"Well, his name is William and he and his friends are scheduled to arrive at 6 this evening via American Airlines flight 4100. Personal life is not publicized so I don't have any information on that."

"What about his friends?"

"The first is a woman named Grace Adler, a former roommate of his. She is an interior designer. Her assistant Karen is joining them. She apparently only works to relieve boredom as she has married into money. The last is a man by the name of Jack. He is an actor that is still waiting for his big break."

"Doesn't exactly sound like people that Wolfram and Hart normally would employ," Angel commented.

"I know and that bothers me," Wesley admitted. "There has to be some reason why they want this man."

"Well, guess we'll just have to meet him and see what he is really like," Cordelia stated as everyone stared at her. "What?"

~Part: 2 ~

"Check out your new office," Grace said as she entered the office that would be Will's if he took the offered job. She went over to the window overlooking Los Angeles. "Look at that view."

"It's not my office yet," Will corrected his friend. "I haven't exactly said yes yet."

"But you're thinking about it right," she asked him. Will had told her about some of the benefits that were being thrown his way if he took the job and she knew that they were too good to pass up. Will nodded his head.

"Yeah, I'm thinking about it," he admitted. "Just don't know if I can leave New York. I mean, that's where all my friends are. You, Jack.."

"Guys, I have found heaven and his name is Brian. I am never leaving this city," Jack said, entering the office.

"Okay, so there's you," Will finished. He saw Karen come in behind Jack.

"And there is one more reason for me to take the job."

"Cute, Mr. Stays at home a lot," she quipped back at him.

"Anything for you," Will replied back to her. "As long as it requires distance and no touching."

"I see you and your friends have discovered your new office," a man said as he came in. Will looked over at the person who had offered him his job.

"What do you think of it?"

"I love it," Will admitted. "I'm still not sure why you want me here so badly though." Will turned to his friends. "Oh, I'm sorry. This is Mr. John Hill. These are my friends. Grace, Jack and the lush in the corner is Karen."

Hill smiled and shook hands with the trio. "Pleasure to meet you." He turned to back to face Will. "As for why we want you, that's easy. You have helped a few of your better clients out of some, shall we say, sticky situations. They told us about you and we were intrigued. We liked what we heard and knew that we wanted you to work for us."

"Really, which clients?"

"You'll find out in due time. That is if you accept the job," Hill answered cryptically.

"Well, it is very tempting to say the least."

"I hope that means you are seriously contemplating our offer," Hill told Will. "We don't often find ourselves actively pursuing attorneys to join our firm, let alone ones from the other side of the country, but like I said, we had heard good things about you." A mobile phone is heard and Hill answers it.

"Yes. He's here. Where. No no no, I'll take care of it. Have you contacted any of the others? Good. I'll be there shortly." Hill turned to face the other people in the office.

"Trouble?" Will asked.

"Nothing that we aren't used to," Hill brushed off the question. "Just someone who doesn't like attorneys much. If you'll excuse me, Will, I must go take care of a few things. Good day."

"Bye," everyone called out to him.

"Okay, is it me or is there something about that man that just makes you scream out not normal."

"That would be because he isn't," came a female voice from the hall. Will, Grace, Jack and Karen watched as two women entered the office. One a tall brunette, the other a petite red head. They both looked over the occupants, the brunette taking in Karen's clothes. "Donatella Versace, very nice. This season."

"Of course, wouldn't be caught dead in last year's fashions," Karen answered, proud of her clothing choice.

"I completely understand," the brunette said.

"Cordelia, we aren't here for fashion etiquette. We don't have a lot of time," the red head told her friend.

"Willow, there is always time for fashion," Cordelia corrected her friend.

Willow just looked at her. "Oh all right. Which one of you is Will Truman?"

"I am," Will answered a bit warily. He didn't know who these women were but he had a feeling that weren't there for a friendly visit. "What can I help you with?"

"Well, to start with, you can tell us why Wolfram and Hart are interested in you," Willow told him.

"And I should tell you this, why?"

"Because I asked really nicely," Willow answered. "And because, if you don't I'll be forced to ask you not so nicely."

Grace walked over to Will, placing her hands on his shoulders. "Will, who are these people?"

"I don't know." He patted Grace's hands, deciding that it would be better to tell these women what they wanted and then maybe they would leave them alone.

"Mr. Hill told me that they were interested in me because I had helped a few of their clients back in New York." Cordelia and Willow looked at each other. "Satisfy you?"

"What do you know about this law firm and the type of clients that they deal with?? Cordelia asked.

Will shrugged his shoulders. "Not much other than they are one of the largest firms in LA and that they handle some of the richest clients in the country."

"Do you know what type of clients they deal with?"

"No. Just business men, I would assume. Are there any other?" Will was curious. He had no idea what type of people he was getting involved with here and the questions that these women were asking made no sense to him.

Then he remembered why Hill had just left. "Wait a minute. Are you with the guy that Hill just went to deal with."

Willow smiled, "You could say that. He's my boyfriend."

"Way to go Will, what have you gotten us involved with?" Jack asked. "Only you would get asked to join a law firm that has women using their boyfriends as distractions. Freaky much?"

"Man, it's an older version of Xander," Cordelia muttered. Willow snickered at her comment.

"Why did you want to talk to us?" Will asked.

"Needed to know how much you knew about this law firm and whether or not you would be the type of person that would join them," Willow answered.

"And have you come to a decision?" Willow and Cordelia looked at each other and then at the group of friends in front of them.

"Yes. I would suggest you leave Los Angeles as soon as possible and not have any more contact with Wolfram and Hart," Willow told him.

"And we should listen to you why?" Grace asked.

"Because if you don't, we can't guarantee your safety," Cordelia countered.

"There is something about to happen here. Something major and, since you don't know anything about this particular law firm and the type of clients they deal with, you don't want to be around when it happens." With that said, Cordelia and Willow make to leave the office.

"So what exactly do the clients here do," Karen joked. "I mean, are they mafia or something."

"Or something," Willow answered. Cordelia and Willow left the office, four confused friends staring at their backs.

~Part: 3 ~

"So what did you think of them?" Angel asked when as Cordelia and Willow entered the office. Willow went over to give him a quick kiss.

"And hello to you too, sweetie," she teased him sweetly. Angel looked sheepish at her.

"Sorry. Hello and how did things go there?" Willow and Cordelia chuckled at him.

"He'll never change, Willow. I don't know why you even try anymore," Cordelia laughed.

"There's always hope."

"Hey," Angel interjected, not enjoying the ribbing he was getting by the two girls. "I am still in the room you know." Willow sat on Angel's lap and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"I know you're still here, sweetie," she said. "And, just to make you feel better, I'll tell you how things went over at Wolfram and Hart. It went exactly as we expected it to. Got in and got out, no problem."

"What did you think of their new attorney?"

"Well, he wasn't exactly what I was expecting that's for sure," Cordelia answered. "He was pretty laid back. The complete opposite of that jerk Lindsay. And his friends are pretty much normal too. Well, maybe not completely."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, they all seem to have their own little quirks. Like, take that guy Jack, or at least, I'm assuming he was Jack. He's what Xander would be, if he would only admit to being gay," Cordelia commented, causing Willow and Angel to laugh. Xander's sexuality has been a running gag between the three of them since the girls' senior year, both convinced that Xander was so deep in the closet that they weren't sure if he would be able to find his way out.

"Oh, that alone makes me wish I had been with you," Wesley said, having entered the office just as Cordelia made her comment. "Just imagining an out of the closet Xander is enough to make me laugh."

"Tell me about it," Angel added, not voicing his and Willow's opinions on Wesley's own sexuality. "So, what else can you tell us?"

"Well, there was this one woman there that had the best clothes. I mean, her taste is tres bien," Cordelia stated as she described Karen. "I mean, she was wearing the kind of things that I used to wear, before the government got greedy and made me give up my life."

"Cordy," Willow sighed, rolling her eyes at the rambling brunette.

Cordelia just stared back at the red head, not even bothering to discontinue her opinion.

"She was the complete opposite of her friend, what was her name, Grace or something like that. At least, that's what the attorney called her.

"Grace Adler is who you are talking about I believe," Wesley stated as he pulled open a file that he had in his hands. "An interior designer, as I told you, although not exactly a successful one. The other woman would be her assistant, Karen. Married rich and is rumored to have a major drinking problem."

"Well, I didn't notice that," Willow commented. "I just saw four very out of place people, who had no idea of what their friend was getting into by even talking to Wolfram and Hart."

"So do you think they'll leave?" Angel asked, moving Willow on his lap to get more comfortable. The red head, for her part, just squirmed a bit, making him realize his pants were suddenly a little smaller than before.

"Willow," he growled in warning.

"What?" She answered innocently, even while she knew exactly what she was doing.

"Stop that or else you'll be sorry little girl." Willow wrapped her arms around her lover's neck.

"I'm counting on it," she giggled as she kissed him, causing both Wes and Cordelia to groan.

"Yeah, and I'm the one that always gets yelled at for going off topic," Cordelia muttered as she watched Willow and Angel wrap their arms around each other. "Yeesh, why don't you two just get a room?"

"We have one, thank you very much," Willow replied, sweetly, finally breaking away from Angel. "Can we help it if you just happen to be in it at the time."

"Can we please just get back to the subject of Will Truman and what Wolfram and Hart want with an attorney from New York," Wesley asked.

"I'd like to know why you seem so interested in what they want me for," came a male voice. Willow jumped off of Angel's lap and he and Wes took up defensive positions between the newcomers and the girls. The girls relaxed a bit when they saw who it was that had spoken.

"It's okay, Angel," Willow told the vampire. "These are the people we were just talking about." Willow walked over to where Will, Grace, Jack and Karen were standing and greeted the foursome. "Welcome to Angel Investigations. May I ask how you found us?"

"We followed you," Grace said simply as she entered the offices. She took in the dark setting. "You know, a good designer could do wonders for this place."

"I happen to like it this way," Angel replied defensively. Grace turned to the dark haired man and liked what she saw. She turned on her brightest smile, which Willow saw and returned with one of her own. She walked over to Angel and placed her hand in his.

"Well, I guess since you are here, introductions should be made. I'm Willow. This is Angel, my boyfriend," she stressed for Grace's benefit. The New Yorker, for her part, didn't seem to let it faze her. "The brunette over there is Cordelia. And that's Wes."

"You already seem to know who we are, but I'm Will. This is Grace. The flamer over there is Jack. And that's Karen," he threw in, not really paying attention to the woman who loved to push all of his buttons. "Now, can you please tell me why you seem to care so much about why Wolfram and Hart wants me to join their firm? What do you have against them?" Angel signaled for everyone to take a seat, which they did. Everyone seemed to gravitate towards their friends, the two groups staying separate.

"What exactly do you know about that particular firm?" Angel asked. Will shook his head.

"Nothing really, other than they have some extremely wealthy clients that like to keep their names out of the newspapers," Will answered truthfully. "Other than that, what else is there to know?"

"How about the fact that Wolfram and Hart make it their business to represent things that other attorneys wouldn't want to touch with a ten foot pool," Cordelia added. "I mean, we're talking the scum of the earth, if you know what I mean. Evil nasty things come to them."

"Well, most people think lawyers are the evil ones. It only makes sense that their clients would be that way," Will stated.

"Not like this," Angel continued. He stood up and turned his back to the others. "Look, what I'm about to tell you will come as a shock. We had hoped that you would take the warning that we gave you and leave, but since it's apparent that you won't accept anything but the truth, I guess we have to tell you."

"Tell us what?" Grace questioned, wondering what exactly has these people trying to scare them away from Los Angeles.

"That the clients Wolfram and Hart represent aren't exactly human."

"Aren't human," Will laughed. "If they aren't human, what are they?"

"Well, the majority of them are demons, although they have been known to represent an occasional vampire or two," Angel informed them, his back still to them. The four New Yorkers shared a look, showing that they thought that Angel was crazy.

"Please, vampires are about as real as alligators in the sewers," Jack scoffed. "Tell us another fairytale."

"This is no fairytale," Willow vehemently retorted. "Trust me, we know what we're talking about. Wolfram and Hart are evil, as are their clients. They have tried to kill each one of the people in this room at least once. In Angel's case, more than once."

"Why do they want to kill you so bad?" Will asked, a smile still on his face. "What, are you a vampire too?"

"As a matter of fact, yes." With that, Angel turned around in full game face and Will, Grace, Jack and Karen finally did one thing together. They fainted.
